Welcome To Triangle Escapes. My name is Ken Primola

and I have been studying Jiu Jitsu for close to 15 years.
We all know triangles are a lethal submission and there are
not many ways to escape a deep triangle choke.
We will take a look at the many phases of the triangle
choke so that you can have a better chance of survival
from a technical standpoint.
Knowledge is the key to being calm and patient when this
situation arises. Otherwise we panic and get submitted.
To be frank, triangles can be avoided once they are set in
and people often lack the patience and calmness to begin
the correct escape sequence.
What you will see below are some techniques that can
help you avoid and escape these precarious situations.
I recommend you test these out by putting yourself in
these situations during practice.
