Contingency week: 30-37/10/14

Payment structure:
Payment will be undertaken in three stages:
5000 will be delivered up front to Birchgrove Design prior to the project getting underway.
An additional 5000 will be required partway through the projects completion to fund
additional material costs. 2 working days notice will be given prior to needing this additional
amount.
After completion of the project on 30/10/14 an invoice will be presented. The remainder of
the payment will be due within 7 days of this final invoice.
This final amount will be between: 16,500.00 and 19,371.00
The above price guide will not be subject to change unless an item is brought to the
attention of the client and agreed in writing. If such a change does affect the completed
price the signed document of change is to be presented along with the invoice for the
project on completion.
The contingency week is in place in case we cannot secure materials (all currently available
on 10/10/14) in time to build certain aspects of the design.
This contingency is also in place in case of the project overrunning due to unforeseen
problems or developments whilst construction is underway.

Saturday 11th October___________________________________________________________

Pot all existing planting and prepare site for work to commence.
Plot out site areas, including levels.
Dig all foundations required across site
Take up lawn and patio, store lawn on pallet and drive slabs to Yard and list on eBay
Remove ivy from the 3 pine trees on trunk and by root at the base.

Add and compact type 1 in foundations at depth required on construction plan

Pour concrete into foundations and smooth off, ready for building retaining walls on.
Line edge of the breedon gravel pathway with plastic edging and concrete in place.
Add concrete shuttering edging for reinforcement behind retaining walls

Transformer and extension leads

2. Finish Breedon gravel pathway and compact pathway ready for use.
