2. DBGMC Design Build by Guaranteed Maximum Cost

Client. However if the excess is more than 10% the Architect pays for all extra

Additional Terms:
1. According to RA9266 all projects either big or small must have a contract.

4. Contractor is profit motivated; Builder is completion motivated; Contractor
