Q-7. What is Parliamentary Democracy? Discuss with reference to the British Constitution.

Q-1. The state is a growth, not a make. Amplify the statement and show clearly the
various factors, which have contributed to the evolution of the state.
Q-2. Discuss the nature and source of Law. What is precisely the relation between Law and
Liberty?
Q-3. What is meant by Proportional Representation? Explain its different methods.
Q-4. Critically examine the advantages and disadvantages of Second Chambers.
Q-5. Democracy is both the best and the most difficult form of government. Discuss the
statement.
SECTION-B
Q-6.The English Cabinet has been described as hyphen that joins the buckle that fastens
the Executive and the Legislature. Discuss.
Q-7. Describe the Functions of the House of Commons.
Q-8. To say that the American President does not make law is to talk philosophy, not fact.
Elucidate.

Q-9.If you were offered a seat in the congress, would you choose the House of
Representatives or the Senate? Give reasons for your choice.
Q-10. Describe the composition and jurisdiction of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
