First 2 Episodes: The Search

Four celebrity entrepreneurs (i.e. Jack Dorsey, Zuckerberg etc.) will serve as
investors and business mentors. Finalists from a national search for fledging
social entrepreneurs will pitch their prospective startups. Each judge will
select two teams/startups, and mentor them in launching their brands,
services.

Next 8 Episodes: The Competition

The 8 teams will compete weekly, participating in challenges in categories
ranging from brand strategy to product design. Each week, one team will be
eliminated.

Final 2 Episodes: The Finale

The two part finale will reveal the winning team, who will receive a $1 Million
venture capital deal to launch their companies. The second part will visit the
teams 6 months after launching their companies to see how theyre doing.
