Das Kundeninterface informiert ber die wichtigsten Betriebsfunktionen der
ETAMATIC OEM. Die vereinfachte Bedienung ermglicht den Zugriff auf hufig
verwendeten Funktionen der ETAMATIC OEM.
Das Kundeninterface wird unabhngig von der ETAMATIC Frontplatte oder der
ETAMATIC OEM Bedieneinheit betrieben.
Das 2-zeilige Display vermittelt die Informationen mit einer alphanumerischer
Darstellung von 16 Zeichen je Zeile. 5 Tasten sind zur manuellen Bedienung
des Kundeninterface vorgesehen.

The customer display makes the simplified operation possible of frequently used
functions of the ETAMATIC OEM. The customer display operates independent of the
ETAMATIC front key pads or the programming unit.
It consists of 2 lines with 16 characters alphanumeric announcement for each line and
5 key pads.

La consola de cliente realiza una operacin simple de las funciones ms
frecuentemente utilizadas del ETAMATIC OEM. La La consola de cliente
opera independientemente de la utilizacin del teclado frontal del
ETAMATIC o de la unidad de programacin.

La consola posee una pantalla de 2 lneas con 16 caracteres alfanumricos

por lnea y un teclado de 5 teclas.

Das Kundeninterface mit dem gelieferte Anschlusskabel (Artikel-Nr. 663R0421) wird
an die 9-polige Sub-D-Buchse der ETAMTIC OEM angeschlossen.
Die Datenbertragung von der ETAMATIC OEM erfolgt ber den LAMTEC SYSTEM
BUS. Befindet sich das Kundeninterface als letztes Gert am LSB , ist der DIPSchalter SW 1.8 an der Rckseite auf ON zu stellen. Damit wird der CAN-BusLeitungs-Abschlusswiderstand fr den LSB CAN Bus aktiviert.

The customer display is to be connected via the provided lead wtih the article no.
663R0421 by the 9-p Sub D plug with the ETAMATIC OEM. The data communication
runs via the LAMTEC SYSTEM BUS. If the customer display forms an end terminal at
the LSB, the DIP-switch 8 at the backplane must be set to ON. The terminal
resistance for the LSB is now enable.

La consola de cliente, debe ser conectada con el cable suministrado (N de artculo
663RO421), al puerto Sub-D 9 polos hembra del TAMATIC OEM.
La comunicacin de datos es a travs del SISTEMA BUS LAMTEC. Si la consola
de cliente es la terminacin del LSB, el DIP-switch 8 en la parte posterior debe
estar en la posicin ON. La resistencia terminadora para el bus LSB ahora est
habilitada.

Grundzustand
Im Grundzustand (z.B. nach dem Einschalten) zeigt das Display in der oberen Zeile
den Zustand der ETAMATIC OEM an (Brenner aus, Regelbetrieb, usw.). Dabei
werden auch die Wartetexte korrekt angezeigt (Stellglieder laufen auf, usw.).
In der unteren Zeile des Displays erscheint die externe und die interne Last. Ist der
Lastregler aktiv parametriert, werden Soll- und Istwerte des Reglers zustzlich
angezeigt (Darstellung wie bei ETAMATIC).

Initial state
In the initial state (e.g. after power on) the display shows the condition of the
ETAMATIC OEM in the upper line (burner off, control operation, etc..) Also queuing
codes are correctly indicated.
In the lower line of the display the external and the internal load appears. If the load
automatic controller is configured, set points and actual values of the automatic
controller are additionally indicated (representation as of the ETAMATIC).

Estado inicial
En el estado inicial (por ej. despus de encender),la pantalla muestra la condicin
del ETAMATIC OEM en la lnea superior (quemador apagado, controlador en
operacin, etc...). Tambin los cdigos de la cola se indican correctamente.

En la lnea inferior de la pantalla, se muestra la carga externa e interna. Si se ha

configurado el controlador de carga automtico, los valores deseados y actuales
del controlador automtico son indicados adicionalmente (representacin idntica al
Etamatic).

Mit Bettigen dieser Tasten knnen die in der ETAMATIC OEM gespeicherten
Streintragungen angezeigt werden. Ein Eintrag aus der Strhistorie wird zunchst
mit Strcode und Lastwerten angezeigt (analog ETAMATIC).

Nach 3 Sekunden ohne weitere Bedienung der Tasten, wird der Erklrungstext
zu dem ausgewhlten Eintrag gezeigt. Dabei wird der Erklrungstext hinter den
Fehlercode kopiert, so dass auch der Fehlercode mit durch die Anzeige scrollt.

Mit den Pfeil-Tasten kann auch der Kontrastwert des Displays eingestellt werden:
RESET-Taste gedrckt halten und Pfeil-Taste nach oben => Kontrastwert +2
RESET-Taste gedrckt halten und Pfeil-Taste nach unten => Kontrastwert 2
Kontrastwert einstellen, siehe auch Einstellung der DIP-Schalter auf Seite 6.

Can be scrolled with the keys through the fault messages. An entry from fault history
is indicated first with error code and load factors (similar to ETAMATIC).

the selected entry. The explanation text behind the fault code is copied, so that the
fault code also scrolls with the fault message.

With the arrow keys also the contrast value of the display can be changed:

Im Grundzustand des Kunden-Displays bewirkt diese Taste die Anzeige der
verschiedenen Betriebswerte (auch im Fehlerfall der ETAMATIC OEM).

HINWEIS:
Ist die Betriebsfunktion Leistungsregler einstellen aktiv (LED Hand blinkt), so hat
die Ebenen-Taste keine Wirkung.

Anzeigeebene 2:

Sonderfunktion der Ebenen-Taste

Wird die Taste lnger als 5 sec. gedrckt gehalten, schaltet die untere Anzeigenzeile
in die 2. Ebene um. Es werden z.Z. nur die CRC-Prfsummen angezeigt, automatisch
von Freigabeebene 0 bis 4.
Anzeigenebene 2 kann mit der Reset- Taste wieder verlassen werden. Die Anzeige
schaltet automatisch wieder in die 1. Ebene zurck, sofern 10 sec. lang keine Tastenbedienung stattgefunden hat.

Effect of the key

(display level 1):

In the initial state of the customer display this key causes the announcement of
different operating values (also in the event of an error of the ETAMATIC OEM). The
announcements are called in a sequence after with each time depressing the key:

HINWEIS:
If the mode Setting load controller is active (LED manuel flashes) this key does not
have an effect.

Special effect of the key

(display level 2):

If the key is kept longer than 5s pressed, the lower display line switches into the 2
level. Here only the (CRC-chechsumsec.) check sums are shown at present
(automatically release level 0 to 4).
Display level 2 can be left with the RESET key. In addition the display shifts back
automatically again into level 1, if 10sec.no manual operation took place.

Efecto de la tecla

diferentes valores de operacin (tambin en el caso de un error en el ETAMATIC

Efecto especial de la tecla:

(pantalla nivel 2)

Si la tecla es mantenida presionada por ms de 5 seg., la lnea inferior de la

pantalla conmuta al 2do. nivel. Aqu solamente el chequeo de sumas (CRCchecksums) es mostrado (automticamente libera el nivel 0 a 4).
La pantalla nivel 2 puede ser dejada presionando la tecla RESET. Adems la
pantalla vuelve nuevamente al nivel 1 automticamente, si en 10 seg. ninguna
operacin manual toma lugar.

Hand-Taste:

Funktion der Hand-Taste

(Zustand Hand):

Die Hand-Taste schaltet das Kundeninterface in den Handmodus, bzw. der

Handmodus wird verlassen, wenn dieser zuvor aktiviert worden war.
Ist der Handmodus zulssig, leuchtet die LED im Hand-Taster und zeigt damit
den Modus an.
WICHTIG!
Der Handmodus ist nicht zulssig, wenn bereits an der ETAMATIC Frontplatte der
Handmodus angewhlt ist. Ebenso blockiert der Handmodus am Kunden-Display
ausgelst, die Aktivierung desselben an der ETAMATIC Frontplatte.
Bei der Aktivierung des Handmodus wird die untere Anzeigezeile des Displays fr die
Darstellung des Lastwertes benutzt.

Jetzt kann mit den Pfeil-Tasten

Hand- Taste:

die externe Last eingestellt werden.

Sonderfunktion der Hand-Taste (Leistungsregler einstellen):

Wird die Taste Hand lnger als 5 sec. gedrckt gehalten, schaltet das KundenDisplay in die Betriebsfunktion Leistungsregler einstellen. Dies ist jedoch nur
bei einem aktiviertem Leistungsregler mglich. Dabei wird der Handmodus fr die
manuelle Lastwertvorgabe verlassen.
Im Modus Leistungsregler einstellen blinkt die LED in der Hand-Taste. In der
unteren Anzeigenzeile werden die Einstellungen des Leistungsreglers, Soll- und
Istwert angezeigt.

Der Sollwert wird mit den Pfeil-Tasten

der Pfeil-Taste als Sollwert bernommen.

Die Betriebsfunktion Leistungsregler einstellen wird mit einem nochmaligen Druck

auf die Hand-Taste oder der Reset-Taste wieder verlassen.

Reset Taste:

Wirkung der Reset-Taste

Die Reset-Taste wirkt direkt auf die ETAMATIC OEM; steht die ETAMATIC OEM auf
Strung, so wird die Strung mit der Reset-Taste zurckgesetzt.
Ist der O2 Regler gestrt und zeigt die untere Anzeigenzeile den O2 Wert an, so wirkt
diese Taste auch als Reset fr den O2- Regler.
Im Kunden-Display wirkt die Reset-Taste wie folgt:

Die LED in dem Reset- Taster zeigt eine Strung der ETAMATIC an.

Effect of the key

(status manual):
This key switches the customer display into the manual mode, or the manual mode is
left, if it were active before.
If the manual mode is permissible, the LED in the key shines and indicates this mode.
The manual mode is not permissible, if at the ETAMATIC front plate the manual mode
is selected already. Likewise the manual mode of the customer display blocks to
activate the manual mode at the ETAMATIC front plate.
During the activation of the manual mode the lower display line will be set on Load
value.

Now the external load can be adjusted with these keys

Special function of the key

(setting load controller):

Keep pressing the key Hand longer than 5sec., the customer display goes into the
mode setting load controller. That is possible only with configured load controller.
The manual mode is leaving then.
In the mode setting load controller the LED in the manual-key is flashing.
Shown in the lower display line is the output regulator adjustment, the setpoint and
actual value.

The setting can be adjusted with these keys

Effects of the key

: (RESET)
The RESET key affects directly the ETAMATIC. If the ETAMATIC stands on fault, this
is reset. If the O2 controller stands on fault and if the lower display line the O2 value
indicates, this key works also as RESET for the O2 controller.
In the customer display the RESET key works as follows:

Leaving the 2nd display level in the lower display line.

Status report in the upper display line

Disable manual-mode

Disable mode setting load controller

The LED in the RESET-key shows a fault of the ETAMATIC.

Efecto de la tecla:

(Modo manual)
Esta tecla conmuta a la consola de cliente al modo manual, o si el modo manual
es dejado, se puede activar nuevamente.
Si el modo manual es autorizado, el LED en la tecla brilla e indica este modo. El
modo manual no est permitido si en el panel frontal del ETAMATIC el modo
manual ya habia sido seleccionado.
Durante la activacin del modo manual, en la lnea inferior de la pantalla
se indicar Valor de carga.

Funcin especial de la Tecla:

(ajustando controlador de carga)

Mante niendo presionada la tecla Manual por ms de 5 seg., la consola de cliente

ingresa al modo ajustando controlador de carga. Esto es posible solamente con
controlador de carga configurado sin control climtico. El modo manual es por lo
tanto dejado.
En el modo ajustando controlador de carga el LED en la tecla manual esta
titilando.
Lo que se muestra en la lnea inferior de la pantalla es el ajuste de salida del
controlador, el valor deseado y el valor actual.
El ajuste puede ser realizado con estas teclas
y cuando se libera la
tecla, el valor se toma el valor indicado como valor deseado.
Presionando nuevamente la tecla Manual o la tecla Reset este modo es dejado.

Efecto de la tecla:

(RESET)
La tecla RESET acta directamente sobre el ETAMATIC. Si el ETAMATIC se
mantiene en falla, esta tecla la resetea. Si el controlador de O2 se mantiene en
fallay si en la lnea inferior de la pantalla, se indica el valor de O2, esta tecla
tambin acta como RESET para el controlador de O2.
En la consola de cliente la tecla RESET trabaja de la siguiente manera:

Desactiva el modo manual.

Desactiva el modo ajustando controlador de carga

El diodo LED en la tecla de RESET muestra que el ETAMATIC se encuentra en falla.

Weitere Funktionen:
Aktuelle Fehlermeldungen werden immer in der oberen Displayzeile gezeigt,
unabhngig welche Betriebsart gerade aktiviert ist.
Strungen des O2 Reglers werden immer in der oberen Displayzeile gezeigt (auer
bei einer aktuellen Strung), jedoch nur in der Betriebsart Grundlast oder bei
Regelbetrieb.
Dabei wird erst der Strungstext (O2 Regler gestrt) angezeigt. Nach 10 sec. folgt
die Anzeige des Erklrungstextes (z.B. O2 Mewert gestrt). Weitere 15 sec. spter
erfolgt wieder die Anzeige des O2 Strungstextes.
Somit werden diese Anzeigen abwechselnd angezeigt, eine zustzliche Taste zum
Abruf des Erklrungstextes ist nicht ntig.
Die O2 Strungsanzeige erlischt automatisch, wenn der Regler wieder aktiv ist.

Further functions:
Current fault messages are always shown in the upper display line, all the same which
mode just is activated.
Faults of the O2 controller in the upper display line are always shown (except with a
current fault), but only in the operating mode basic load or control operation.
Becomes only the disturbance text (O2 controller fault) indicated. After 10sec. the
message of the explanation text (e.g. O2 measured value fault) follows. Further
15sec. later begins the message again with the announcement of the O2 fault text.
Thus the announcements are pointed alternating, an additional key to call the
explanation text are not necessary.
The O2 indication of trouble disappears automatically, if the controller is active
again.

Funciones suplementarias:
Los mensajes de fallas actuales son siempre mostrados en la lnea superior
de la pantalla, independientemente del modo de funcionamiento en ese
momento.
Las fallas del controlador de O2, son siempre mostradas en la lnea superior de
la pantalla (excepto cuando exista una falla en el ETAMATIC), pero solamente en
el modo de operacin carga base u operacin Modulacin
Primeramente se indica el texto de falla (Falla controlador O2). Despus de 10
seg. aparece el mensaje de texto explicativo (por ej. Falla valor medido O2). Ms
adelante 15seg. comienza nuevamente el mensaje otra vez con el aviso del texto
de falla. As los avisos son alternados consecutivamente, una tecla adicional para
llamar el texto con la explicacin no es necesaria.
La indicacin de falla del controlador de O2 desaparece automticamente, si
el controlador se activa nuevamente.
