5. What Are Sorne Different Ways of Describing People?


Work with your classmates to brainstorm different ways of describing people (internat and
extemal). E.g. clotnes, eye color, age ...

6. Adective Assembly
Get into small groups. Find an adjective that can be usad to describe a person for eaoh letter
in the alphabet. Then have an Adjective Assembly with your whole class. Share the words
your group carne up with! Write down any new words you learned on the back of your paper.

Work with a partner and take turns being an investigator and a witness to a crime. What
questions would the investigator or police officer ask in order to get a good description of the
criminal? Practica your dialogues. Then present them to the class. Try to use sorne of the new
