Aljun declared the meeting as a quorum
Prayer for Acknowledgement
Aljun have proposed to Ptr King and Ptr Jong to induct our organization among the
disciples of the church on December 21, 2014, the day of our Thanksgiving Day celebration.
Ptr King corrected the term "induction" for "acknowledgment" as it is only suitable only for
pastors and elders of a church.

Ptr King and Ptr Jong approved the petition that the organization be acknowledged right
after the preaching.
Setting-up the Director and Moderator
Aljun have proposed to Ptr King and Ptr Jong to be the Director and Moderator of the
organization respectively.
Aljun have discussed to them that the Director will be the overall in-charge of the
organization and the Moderator will be the overall facilitator of the organization.
Ptr King and Ptr Jong approved the petition.
Letter of Approval
Aljun have proposed to Ptr King and Ptr Jong to write a letter of approval to Rev Nonilo
Sanchez as a firm basis of the establishment of the organization.
Aljun have also proposed to Ptr King to write a letter of approval with his sign to launch the
presence of our organization inside the church.
Ptr King explained that instead of writing a letter of approval to Ptr Nilo, I will be the one to
write the letter of approval to be signed with the elders of our local church, namely, Pastor
Shareluck Elbanbuena, Pastor Alfredo Caminero III and Elder Noel Gaurano.
Name of the Organization
Aljun have proposed to Ptr King and Ptr Jong that the name of our organization will be
Community Bible Church Youth Council.
Aljun have emphasized the idea of "Youth Council" to indicate an active involvement in
serving the church.
Ptr King and Ptr Jong approved the petition.
Youth Formation Program
Aljun have discussed to Ptr King and Ptr Jong about our first project regarding the Youth
Formation Program.
I have discussed to Ptr King and Ptr Jong about the flow and the purpose of the program
that it will be similar to the flow of the mobile school. The program will be divided into
different modules that will engulf the basic biblical foundations of true Christianity with
respect to Youth. This program will help us to be equipped with necessary principles to
serve the flock of God in the right perspective.
Ptr King and Ptr Jong approved the petition.
Ptr King and Ptr Jong ordered me to write the topics necessary for the program.

Aljun proposed to Ptr King and Ptr Jong to implement a monthly evaluation of the efficiency

but not limited to the organization.

This is still to be reviewed.
