Hello ! My name is Duc. Today Im very glad to be here to tell you about what
make a company become the most respectable company nowadays. Besides, to
illustrate, my presentation will provide a number of companies and their activities
as examples. In the end, I want to mention to you what are the implications for new
generation of companies. Ok, let begin our presentation.
I.

As you can see, today, there are many companies is very successful
and famous around the world such as Google, Apple, Cocacola, so
on. So, how can they do that ? In my opinion, there are three main
factors:

1. Increasingly improving product quality


Improving product quality is increasing reputation of the business, retain existing
customers, attract new customers, expand markets and provide the basis for longterm development of enterprises. Along with the advancement of science and
technology goods production is constantly evolving, the human life has been
improved, the demand for goods is becoming more diverse and abundant. In the
event that price is no longer the care of consumers, the quality today is an effective
competitive tool. So, i think every company need to concern about it.

2. Good distribution network


Distribution is the step movement and storage of goods from the supplier to the
final customer in the supply chain so it directly affects cost and the customer good
experience and affect the profitability. Therefore, a good distribution network (also
known as marketing network) can help enterprises easily gather necessary
information to plan marketing for the exchange of products and services. That was
very important because it is requisite condition for managements to make dicision
about implement and disseminate persuasive information about the product in
order to attract customers.
3. Always building credibility and customer trust.
Maintain and enhance business reputation, beauty image in the eyes of customers
and business partners are the primary goals of any business. As a result, business
reputation is always important intangible assets of the company. If businesses have
the trust and credibility, consumers will perceive and think of the products and
services of the company when needed. So, the sales of the business will be
increased very quickly. Additionally, reputable businesses will create advantages
for enterprises to improve and maintain the position of the shareholders, partners,
investors. Especially when calling for investment, corporate reputation will create
impressive and trust with investors, partners

To prove my argument, I list two companies I very admire.

1. Frirstly, I want to tell about Apple. As you know, Apple is one of the most
repectable companies in the world. The company has a huge revenue with
the amount of products sold globally each year is 13.9 billion dollars (2005),
and has 14,800 employees in several countries, is the personal computer,
software, hardware, music and many other multimedia devices. Resently,
Apple continually public many kinds of Iphone such as 5, 5S, 6, 6 plus and
these products have break many sale record. This helped the enterprise

become the biggest phone brand in the world, standing upper Nokia and
Samsung.

Another company I would like to reffer is Coca-cola. No study of

business success in the twentieth century would be complete without


mentioning Coca-Cola. They have becomed the most famus drink brand in
the world with the veriety of products such as Coca-cola Light, Coca-cola
Cherry, so on. The Coca-Cola trademark is recognised by 94 per cent of the
earth's population and Coca-Cola is the second most universally understood
phrase after OK. Therefore, Coca-Cola is the product which perhaps best
exemplifies

global

marketing.

III. In a nutshell, I want to give some advises about the implications for
new generation of companies.
1. Adapting well as an urgent requirement and significant in the context of
current globalization. It requires a leader needs to continually innovate to
suit new trends, new context, but not to lose ourselves.
2. Another pigments of a new bussinessment is sensitivity. It is the ability to
capture the emotions of others, to understand their thoughts and then behave
in accordance with each person, each specific situation. This is not
something that anybody can get. It is the gifted and as a result a long
process of experience and continuous learning. If you want to become a
good leader, ask yourself: I have this ability?
3. Finally, I think the last useful character is persuasion. Most leaders and good
managers that are gifted orator. They not only know how to make people
listen to and believe in yourself, but also make us follow them. This is the
remarkable personality of the leader than normal people like us. If you want
to become an excellent leader, learn it immedietly !

In conclusion, I want to go to the main ideas of my presentation. Firstly, in my


opinion, three factors help a company become respectable are improving product
quality unceasingly, good distribution network and always building credibility and
customer trust. In the fact that you can see tow typical examples is Apple and
Coca-cola. And lastly, the implications for new generation of companies are
adapting, sensitivity and persuasion.
