Via the AVICSYNC app for Pioneer AVIC navigation systems, you
can update maps and use online location-based services* from
your smartphone: such as TomTom Traffic updates, Parkopedia
dynamic parking, CustomWeather and local search. Stream
music and video from your smartphone to entertain everyone
on board. Full-on multimedia entertainment and Bluetooth
connectivity enhance your driving enjoyment and convenience
even further.

Want to enjoy the full range of audio and video entertainment

options while on the road? Then choose a Pioneer NavGate
package which consists of an AVIC-F160 hideaway navigation
unit and an in-dashboard AV receiver. These devices boost
the fun factor for all your passengers with a gamut of
exciting features, like premium surround audio and Bluetooth
communication. You can play whatever you like, from almost
any source. The AVIC-F160 hideaway navigation unit ensures

Pioneer NavGate systems for camper vans indicate specific

routes calculated according to the dimensions (LxWxH) and
weight of the vehicle. They also take camper van and truck
restrictions into account.

Pioneer NavGate systems have an input for a rear-view camera.

Access restrictions
This feature allows you to check on possible restrictions on the
dimensions and/or weight of the vehicle and the transport of
hazardous materials for main and secondary roads in Europe.
The following navigation modes can be configured: Cars /
Camper vans.

Bluetooth hands-free calling

Bluetooth wireless technology integrated into Pioneer
navigation systems allows you to connect via SSP (Simple
Secure Pairing) to your Bluetooth smartphone and call in handsfree mode, while remaining focused on the road. To answer
a call, touch the screen and speak directly into the external
microphone. You can also enjoy wireless Bluetooth audio
streaming of your favourite music.

HERE Maps Transport Premium coverage

Pioneer navigation covers 44 European countries, including 32
countries with bypasses for access restrictions.

TMC traffic information

Points of interest
There are specific points of interest for camper vans installed on
AVIC/NavGate packages.

With a built-in traffic message receiver, you get up-to-the-minute

traffic information, helping you to avoid traffic jams. The following
TMCs are available: INRIX for the UK, Michelin for France, and
Mediamobile TMC for Sweden and Finland. You can purchase
additional paid-TMC contents for Germany (HERE Traffic), Turkey
(Trafficnav) and Hungary (Trafficnav) on naviextras.com.
