They have a tropical climate. From October to march, it's cool and dry. And from April to May it's

easily in the river Ganges. Diwali is the most important festival of the year, and it's placed at the end
of October. During Diwali, traditional histories are remembered, like Rama and Sita.
At their food they use many spices. They eat different food depending on the area and the religion.
Many Indians are vegetarian. Hindus don't eat beef, and Muslins don't eat pork. Rich people have
knives and forks, but most people eat with hands. Daal is made with pulses, like lentils, chickpeas
and kidney beans. Ghee is a butter used on cooking. Saffron is the world most expensive spice, and
it's the symbol of hospitality. And chilly pepper is a very hot pepper used in Indian food.
