SFC-sequencer
- SFC RELON (Release ON), has to be active. The inputs are coming from :
o MBV40CT002HXG51 (PC1.10.1.14.14:2, OLC, pg 179).,. For test purpose, force this input to 1, its mean the temperature is OK, to
have the release ON for SFC. Since we have FSI to change the input from Digital to Analog.
o There are 2 conditions :
ADA10GS001_XG01 (HV CB, PC1.47.1.1.1:I6, CLC, pg 639). Since there is no cable exist for this signal so far, we have to
force it to 1
Or the BSDG feedback signals (90XKA00EA200_XU01A90). But its easier to force from the ADA signal. For the BSDG,
we need to force it either from Node11 or Node90.
- we should monitor the isolator switch : MKA10GS101. make sure that the isolator is close on step 1 and open on step 53.
VIGV-Position
According to CLC page 569 the VIGV is in full open position until 1200 rpm and confirmed by GT-engineer, the FUNG includes a XY table to
control the VIGV by the mean speed.

Use the Force table as above :


In addition that :
PC30.4.1.8:13 (Node11, PC30, pg 73, 90XKA00EA200_XU01A90). Forced to D=0 (to enable the Idle Selection, since the input from the
BSDG is always reset the selection. But for the normal operation, we need to have the BSDG input, because we dont need the idle option)
PC32.7.16.5:1 (Node11, PC32, pg 13, 90XKA00EA200_XU01A90). Forced to D=0. (to avoid the SFC ramping up the speed into the Full
Speed directly. But for the normal operation, we need the SFC ramping up directly to the Full Speed)
P2: PC1.6.1.3.2.5.1.1:1 to 0 in page 139 BTL10EU002_XG01
P3: PC1.6.1.3.2.5.1.1:1 to 0 in page 112 BTM10EU002_XG01
If there are a trip because of the flame ON (flame arret 2 out of 3), then we need to force as follows :
o CJP00EA055_GtSeq_CON (PC1.6.1.3.4.2.3.1:5, P1, pg 149), force it to 1 and then remove it.
o CJP00EA055_GtSeq_CON (PC1.6.1.3.4.2.3.1:5, P2, pg 188), force it to 1 and then remove it.
o CJP00EA055_GtSeq_CON (PC1.6.1.3.4.2.3.1:5, P3, pg 159), force it to 1 and then remove it

After that, we need to acknowledge the trip.


Sometime that the MBP40AA001 doesnt open an close according to the sequence of GT. We need to stroke it for a while and then it should
be OK. To stroke the valve, we need to have the safety oil active, by :
o Open the MBX41AA014
o Close the MBX41AA011
o Close the MBX41AA012 (since in the safety oil, they have the trip 2 out of 3)
After everything is OK, then we can remove the forcing on MBX41AA by sequence :
o Open the MBX41AA012
o Open the MBX41AA011
o Close the MBX41AA014

FLAME FAILURE TEST 1


After Step 16, force the signal as follows :
Trip SOV Fgas : MBP40AA001LXB02
PC1.21.1.2.1:I11 forced to 0 (sent to P1. In OLC pg 424)
PC1.21.1.1.1:I11 forced to 0 (sent to P2. In OLC pg 427)
PC1.21.1.3.1:I11 forced to 0 (sent to P3. In OLC pg 430)
PC1.23.1.2.11:I5 forced to 0 (sent to DCS. In OLC pg 474)
PC1.11.2.3.3:I forced to 0 (sent to TC BLOCK) DI800_1.5 (In OLC pg 193)
And during the shutdown sequencer step 52, we can remove the force.
FLAME FAILURE TEST2
After Step 16, force the signal as follows :
D=-10.0, N=MBQ9EA0_DtIgn_C1 (In OLC pg 272)
D=-10.0, N=MBQ9EA0_DtIgn_C2 (In OLC pg 272)
Since we have problem with the fuel selection, we need to force :
MBY0EA0_FSelnGas_SEL (PC1.27.1.2:3, CLC pg 404), force to 1
And during the shutdown sequencer step 52, we can remove the force.

MIN FLOW RUN
Before the sequencer start :

Block in step 18 on Node 11:
11MBP40AA001LXB02. Force it D=1 or deleted completely the inverter and force it D=0
MBY9EA_FGIgnHld_RL. Force it D=0
If TAT>400C, we can reduce ignition mass flow in steps of 25g/s and repeat the test until TAT<400C, CLC page 305:
MF_IGN_BASE_ISO_FG
Current value is D=0.65kg/s
And during the shutdown sequencer step 52, we can remove the force.
START UP TO FULL SPEED NO LOAD (FSNL)
No need to force any signal since the vibrations are good.
If the vibration is too high, we can force the signal :
P2 : DI13.11 (pg 226). MBD00CY901_XG13, force it to 1
P3 : DI15.11 (pg 196). MBD00CY902_XG13, force it to 1
