Annex-2
1. Terms of Payment
All payment should be made in Pay Order or Account Payee cheque favoring Energypac Power Generation Ltd.
Payment should be following:
a) 50% Payment will be paid to us during place of work order.
b) 50% Payment will be paid to us before delivery materials at site.
2. Project Completion Period:
Delivery of Materials: Within 90 working days from the date of receiving of your work order.
Installation: Within 30 working days on availability of 3 phase stable power & lift shaft suitable for installation work.
3. Price Basis
The quoted price of equipment is based on the enclosed Technical Specification. Any specific requirements, which
need special engineering or change in the specification / quantity of equipment, may have a price impact and will
have to be mutually discussed and agreed further.
4. Warranty
12 months from commissioning or 18 months from ex works which comes earlier. Warranty covers replacement of
defective parts due to manufacturing defects and comes from bad workmanship.
The buyers shall take care of the goods after receiving it, and shall shoulder the responsibility of the quality for not
taking care of the goods well.
5. Our scope of work excludes
1. Construction of lift shaft, lobby, Machine Room Cabinet, Motor Base in overhead, Buffers pad in lift pit,
lift doors, indicator & push button holes & all others civil finishing works.
2. 3 (three) phase electrical cable, Necessary bus-bar, circuit breaker, MCB, Earthling in lift machine room.
3. Separator beam / I-joist if required in shaft and machine room.
4. Automatic Voltage Stabilizer (AVS) to keep input 3-phase power stable if any.
5. Automatic Resque Device (ARD)
