The implementation timeline mentioned on this proposal is tentative. It always depends on
your company size, requirements and employee capacity. We are committed to take minimal

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We believe in better business relationship, not in boring T&C!
Tally.ERP 9 is developed by Tally Solutions from India; Tally Software copyrights and trademarks are
owned by the company. Here, Tally Software Bangladesh is authorized partner! We provide Tally.ERP 9
sales, support and maintenance services countrywide.

SOFTWARE DELIVERY
The delivery of the software will be made within
2 days after receiving the Work Order. We will
deliver the software on CD with License.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Customers have to pay 100% of the proposed
amount along with work order or during the
installation. We never provide Tally license on
Credit.

WARRANTY UPGRADE
We will provide Life-Long warranty for Software
License.
Up gradation of Tally (i.e., from single User
Edition to Multi User Edition) can be made
anytime as per developer policy and giving the
remaining payment.
After three month, the up-gradation price will be
fixed as per developers policy.

USER TRAINING
If the site is in Dhaka City Corporation, we will
provide training on Tally for a period of 4
working days 3 hours a day. In case of your
location is outside of the Dhaka City Corporation,
we will provide training for 2 working days.
During the training period, we will provide indepth operating procedure of this software.

SUPPORT SERVICE
We will provide support free of cost for the first 3
months from the date of installation and
thereafter
