Steppingintooversoldzone

Inflation may have fallen to its lowest levels for a

fewyearsnow.Usuallythistriggershopesofarate
cut. But the market doesnt seem to be impressed
and selling pressure intensified after the Nifty
violated support levels of 5910. Yet, there is hope
that the market is stepping into oversold zone and
hencechancesofsomereboundinthecomingdays.

The IIP numbers are not really trusted these days

and reports state that the Saumitra Chaudhuri
committeeislookingatomittingitemsfromtheIIP
basket, which are not being produced or reported
on a regular basis. Back to the market, the start is
set to be lower. The sentiment has dipped with
global markets failing to enthuse. Strong support
for the Nifty is expected near the 5860 levels.
Besides the many results being announced today,
Tata Motors could see some pressure after it
postedafallinprofit.

Asian shares are weak. Bleak Euro zone growth

outlook hurt the euro raising hopes that the

European Central Bank will cut interest rates.
