Note:
1. The Viva-Voce examinations for French/German/Russain (S.L.) of II year shall be conducted
between 12.12.2011 and 13.12.2011 at the respective Department, Arts College, O.U. Hyderabad.
2. All Practical examinations (except Statistics) will be conducted between 28.11.2011 and
03.12.2011 at the Practical Examinations Centres allotted.
3. The Statistics Practical Examinations will be conducted between 09.12.2011 and 10.12.2011 at the
Practical Examinations Centres allotted.
4. IHC & Computer Skills I year, Environmental Studies & Computer Skills II year and Science
& Civilisation-III year will be conducted between 12.12.2011 and 15.12.2011 at their respective
colleges.
5. English I year & II year ( Viva- Voce and CBT) for Backlog and Improvement candidates shall
be conducted on 04.12.2011 and 05.12.2011 for the colleges under Group A and on
07.12.2011 and 08.12. 2011 for the colleges under Group B at their respective colleges.
6. The candidates whose forms are rejected by the Examination Branch should not be examined and if
any candidate is found not eligible at the later stage his/her registration will be cancelled for this
exam. Any omission or clash may be intimated to the Controller of Examinations, O.U., immediately
on the receipt of the Time Table.
7. Cell Phones and programmable calculators are strictly not allowed in the Examination Hall.
8. It has been decided to remove Geography from Time Table, since there were no candidates registered
for the earlier examinations. If any candidate is appearing for this examination, the Controller of
Examinations may be informed well in advance so that the necessary arrangement shall be made.
9. The responsibility of obtaining correct question paper from the Invigilator at the
Examination Hall rests with the Candidate. Answering a wrong Question paper may lead
to Cancellation of Result.

The Candidates whose forms are rejected by the Examination Branch should not be examined
and if any candidate is found not eligible at the later stage his/her registration will be cancelled for
this Examination. Any omissions or clash may be intimated to the Controller of Examinations, O.U.
Hyderabad 500 007, immediately.

Cell Phones and Programmable Calculators are strictly not allowed into the Examination Hall.

4.

The responsibility of obtaining correct question paper from the Invigilator at the
Examination Hall rests with the candidate. Answering a wrong Question paper may lead to
Cancellation of Result.
