Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with customer or partner on technical issues.
Supervising project engineering process, including kick-off meeting, hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.
Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.
Onsite implementation.
3) Maintenance support.
Responsible for VAS Cloud technical support service to customer or partner independently or jointly with a technical support
team.
Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving
process.
4) Training support
Conduct training of survey and design for local subcontractor before they carry out survey
Assist trainer from HQ or the other regions to conduct training for local subcontractor or service partner.
Assist trainer from HQ or the other regions to conduct training for customer.
Requirements:
Being versed in at least one of the operating systems (Linux, UNIX, Windows 7) and mainstream database (Oracle, Informix,
Sybase, SQL Server)
Proven ability to diagnose and localize issues using logical analysis techniques
Operate successfully in an intense business environment and work across cultural and organizational boundaries
Capability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations and to perform job functions to
standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations
English is mandatory
