Dear Sir,
.In continuation to the discussion we had earlier to facilitate the exact requirement for
furnishing your office, we have proposed the layout scheme which accommodates the same.
The details of the project in terms of furnishing are given below:
The total area to be furnished is about 2954 Sqft. The approximate value for the interior execution
includes the partitions, workstations, wall paneling, flooring, civil work etc, Which amounts to
Rs. 32,89,760.24* [Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs Eighty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty
and Paisa Twenty Four Only*]. As for as Architectural design is concern the total interiors
consultancy provided with Layout schemes, Working Drawings, Color Perspectives, Program
Chart, Bills of Quantity, Certification of Lab our and so on.
The Architectural consultancy fee will be 8.5 percent of the total value in terms of the
Interior Design and Furnishings additionally.
The Consultancy Agreement will be made separately apart from the value of execution quoted
above. To proceed further we request you to issue the Work order favoring us so as to continue the
same in terms of the finalizations of the design/shop drawings and to execute the job at the
earliest.

CIVIL WORKS
Up keeping the entire toilet area by removing debris of
existing old flooring and wall tiles and the fixtures of
water closets, wash basin, towel rods, soap tray, towel
stand, small storage cabinet while the plumbing lines
and taps with showers etc changed as per the design
requirement with all new respective fixtures, preparing
the complete surface and the wall areas. The areas
above the wall cladding area are suitably painted to
complete. Partitions for the urinals are fixed with the
polished granite to complete.

DISPLAY LOUNGE*:
Supply, Fabrication and erection of display modules as
per the design in the entrance lounge using various
composite materials like, Glass, Brush Steel Struts and
Columns, Metallic Hangers and Ply woods with the
ultimate uniform display of air-conditioned products on
display. Some of the independent stand alone variety of
highlighted units erected. All these display units are
self- light. Each of them varies in design and pattern as
per the design and with approval of the client.

PREPARATORY WORKS:
Dismantling the existing panels, partitions, showcase
and cubicles along with the electrical conduits,
computer conduits and other service connected to
office functions, and de-carting the debris of civil work
which removed from the site. This includes the
removal of complete interiors prevailing and civil work
destructions if any, done at site for the site preparation
for the new proposed interiors.
