Part 16 General Comments

All dead-legs need to be re-validated again by using proper ISO's drawings
Noted that line 10''-PL-24-318-C6E4E-HT which connects to 42''-pl-24-001-C6E4E-HT considers physical dead-leg with
length 40 meter, see photo 7 & attached drawing.
RBA should be carried out for the cited dead-leg to take one action from the following:
1- a new inspection PM work order needs to be generated
2- Engineering query needs to be raised to remove the mentioned dead-leg or connect it with system by installing valve at
dead end, can be flashed

Part 17 Recommendations
1- Perform local coating repairs to corrosion under insulation of flange of valve no HV-24118 ( see part 4 )
2- Repair the damaged insulation of line no. 3''-PL-24-107-C6E4E-HT ( see part 4 )
3- Wrap Soil / Air interface areas of 42'' inlet and outlet main lines of the cited station ( see part 5 )
4- Clean the accumulated brids droppings which are found on piping at MOL's and strainers areas ( see part 4 )
