Designation

: Software Engineer.

Description:
In todays competitive environment we need to continually find ways to make our business
more efficient and reduce our operational costs. A Provider Services website will do just that. It will allow
our dental providers to go online to look up patient coverage information and get the answers to
frequently asked questions rather than calling our Call Center. it will allow us to pay our dental providers
by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) instead of mailing cheques. The biggest challenge to migrating to EFT
has been the need to send accompanying explanation of payment information. This new site will provide a
secure means to deliver this information and eliminate the need to produce paper material.
