WHO WE ARE

GIFTED MUSIC SCHOOL FALL CONCERT

The Gied Music School, located in downtown Salt Lake City, is a 501c3 non-profit institution
dedicated to redefining music education in the United States. The Gied Music School was
founded by international award-winning artist Eugene Watanabe.We strongly believe that
educating children is most important in creating a beer future for humanity. Our students
are instilled with the value of serving our city: the students of the Gied Music School play
for hundreds of public school children each year, they were honored with the 2010 Salt Lake
Mayors Commission on Youth Award, confirming their willingness to serve our city in addition
to bringing beauty to the world at large.

WE HAVE TWO DIVISIONS:

The full scholarship, Gifted Music School, with the goal of providing the highest level, fully
comprehensive music training for the serious student.

Gifted Music School Preparatory Division--instrumental, choral, and class offerings as part
of a full curriculum are open to all children.
