Recently, we organised the Aviva How curious are you challenge. Beyond that
contest, we are committed to supporting students like you to get a true glimpse
of what we really do and how you can make the best of your skills in a fulfilling
career at Aviva.
We are talking about our Insurance Management Associate Programme (iMAP)
that we are launching in July 2015 and would like you to be a part of this.

What is the Aviva Management

Associate Programme (iMAP)?
Aviva is proud to partner with the Singapore College
of Insurance (SCI) to launch iMAP. Our programme is
a highly engaging accelerated learning scheme that
will lead to recognised industry qualifications. As one
of Singapores biggest insurance companies, our
contribution is to develop young talent to eventually
take on leadership roles in the field of insurance.
Our iMAP associates will rotate through three key
teams within their appointed functional department
during the course of the 2-year programme.

iMAP at a glance
Management Associates will be offered placements within one of the
following departments:
Insurance Operations - the backbone of our business and an excellent
development ground to learn the fundamentals of how insurance really
works in Singapore.
Group Business - Aviva is the leading provider of health insurance
to large corporations and other businesses in Singapore. Joining our
Group Business function will give you in depth knowledge of corporate
policies, principles of investigations and analysis of information.
Actuarial - This is a highly analytical function where you will gain deep
understanding on pricing, capital management and profit reporting
with the aim to create shareholder value.
Finance - Youll learn all about financial reporting and tax and gain
hands-on knowledge of basic accounting concepts that are unique to
the insurance industry, corporate tax and GST concepts.
