DAILY (D): Before each day of operation, those items designated with a (D) must be inspected. This inspection need not be
recorded unless a deficiency (B ) found: Ifthe end user chooses to record all daily inspections and those daily inspections
include the monthly inspection requirements, there would be no need for a separate monthly inspection
MONTHLY (Mt): Monthly inspections or 100 hours of nortral operation (which ever comes first) includes all daily Inspections plus
tems designated with an (\M). This inspection must be recorded
JQUARTERLY (Q): Every three to four months or 300 hours of normal operation (which ever comes fist) includes all daly and
monthly inspection items plus items designated with a (Q). This inspection must be recorded
|ANNUAL (A): Each year or 1200 hours of normal operation (which ever comes fist) includes all items on this form which
