YOUR RESERVES AND PRODUCTION

INFRASTRUCTURE ARE YOUR MOST VALUABLE
ASSETS. NOW YOU CAN TREAT THEM THAT WAY.
With Halliburton Artificial Lift InteLift remote monitoring
system performing 24/7 well monitoring, you have total
performance identification and control* of your most valuable
assets. With InteLift , users can monitor well performance,
optimize profitability and pump performance, maximize
operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Problems
can be diagnosed in real time and remedial action taken on
wells equipped with electrical submersible pumps (ESPs) or
MaxiStrokeTM Surface Rod Pumps.
The following are examples of what InteLift can do:
Monitor ESP operations in real time
Receive alarms in case of performance anomaly or
non-conformance event
Receive periodic status reports via email, iPhone or iPad1
mobile digital devices
Create and save custom trend plots and associated data
Monitor MaxiStroke Surface Rod Pumps (see Table #6)
InteLift combines a communication platform with a web-based
user interface to allow remote access to artificial lift performance
and is available for new and existing installations. The user
can monitor in real-time
the variable speed drive
Run your reservoir
parameters, as well as signals
for the well head (tubing
the way you run your
& casing pressure and
business
temperature) and the actuator
choke opening.
The communications function provides remote 24/7 monitoring
with smart alarms that give users an immediate warning of
operational problems or sub-optimal performance trends. The
system allows users to perform well and pump diagnostics
remotely to zero in on problems, trends, or performance issues.
* For ESP, Halliburton Artificial Lift has the capability to perform remote control using UEdit, Halliburtons field
Service Engineer control configuration software.

Applications

Active conventional wells

Unconventional shale liquid rich & gas wells

Wells producing associated gas

Field management

Benefits

Reduces downtime

Helps reduce interventions

Facilitates increased run life

Enables optimization of production

Enables improved operating efficiency

At the office, intuitive screens make data analysis easy.

Any parameter can be viewed in real time. Users can view
spot data or trends, and zoom in on any trend chart to
see small performance details. Multiple parameters can
be viewed simultaneously, so relevant conditions can be
assessed. Custom reports and charts are easy to build and
can be exported to all popular business software formats.
For a typical ESP installation, users receive decision-critical
answers at their fingertips:
From downhole sensors

Fluid intake pressure and temperature

Motor oil and winding temperature

From surface sensors

Operating frequency

Voltage and current

Key parameters are viewed on an easy-to-read dashboard

display with drill-down capability, so users can quickly
diagnose problem areas and take remedial action. Users
do not have to monitor their system continually, because
it is equipped with configurable smart alarms that sound
if any parameters move out of bounds. The alarms can
be programmed to transmit an automatic email or text
message to any address you choose, 24/7. Users can
immediately connect
to assess and control
the situation, using
