Hagans v Lavine 415 U.S. 533., There is no discretion to ignore lack of jurisdiction. Joyce v U.S. 474 2d 215;
The law provides that once State and Federal jurisdiction have been challenged, it must be proven. Main v
Thiboutot 100. S. Ct 2501 (1980); "Jurisdiction can be challenged at any time " and "Jurisdiction, once
challenged, cannot be assumed and must be decided". Basso v Utah Power and Light Co. 495 F.2d 906,910.

As all government entities and alleged private corporations must be a creature of the American Constitution, this is a formal
Request and Command for WINSLOW TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL COURT and/or R. WELLS, CHIEF ROBERT STIMELSKI, and all
involved said Officers that responded to the CRIMINAL TRESPASS and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF allegations made against an

Aboriginal/Indigene, to produce for the record, the physical documented, certified Delegation of Authority Order, as Proof of
Jurisdiction, as required by Law, per Article III, Section 1 of the United States Republic Constitution. I will allow five (5) days
from the date of this Averment of Jurisdiction Quo Warranto and Discovery, for the requested, authentic document, with

original signatures, to be provided to me for my complete review for my said Defense in the Outlined, Actual occurrence of the
matter as follows:

1.) On January 17, 2015 [C.C.Y.], at approximately 8:30 PM (EDT) I believe I was attacked by an Agent of KELLER WILLIAMS
REALTY INCORPORATED OF CHERRY HILL, NEW JERSEY. I was rightfully occupying land that I lawfully claimed via a Writ

of Transfer of Inheritance & Restoration of Right Quitclaim Allodial Al Seisin in Deed. The lawful Writ, published by me,

an Heir Apparent to the Moroccan Empire of Northwest Amexem/North America, was recorded by me on November 29,
2014. The Writ was additionally recorded via United States Republic Postmaster Recording Number: 7013 2630 0000 1592

8209 on December 30, 2014. A Certificate of Service was also recorded for the lawful Writ, as Notice to Principals is Notice
to Agents and Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals to proper parties of interest on January 6, 2015 then mailed.

2.) While occupying the land I rightfully claimed via my Transfer of Inheritance & Restoration of Right, recorded as Exhibit
A2911J2014A, A2911J2014B, and other succeeding, relevant Exhibits/Evidence placed on the record, I was attacked by an

unidentified male, believed to be working for KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY INCORPORATED OF CHERRY HILL, NEW JERSEY,
who threatened to beat me in the head with a blunt weapon, after he blatantly Trespassed on my being and on my
occupancy of the Abandoned Townhome.

3.) When I tried to peacefully explain my land claim and show my documentation proving my rightful claim, the unidentified
male became extremely belligerent and hostile towards me. He then resorted to pulling a firearm on me, while forcing me
on the ground. Under extreme Threat, Duress, and Coercion, I cooperated. During my being forced on the ground within

the Townhome that I was occupying, I suffered a contusion injury to my left elbow, the left side of my rib cage, and my left
knee, as the unidentified male used extreme and unnecessary force on me, even though I did not put up the slightest bit of a

fight against him or anyone there that night. While I remained on the ground, the unidentified man then claimed that he is

a Lieutenant Police Officer. However, he did not/would not provide his name, nor did he say from which Police Agency he
works for.
4.) Approximately ten minutes later, said Officers of WINSLOW TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT arrived to the scene, where

they automatically took the side of the unidentified man who attacked me. The unidentified man then began claiming to the
arriving said Officers that the land/property I was occupying at that time belongs to a bank. He also claimed to R. WELLS,
who was the arresting Officer, that the Townhome belongs to his dad (or other relative) and they were trying to sell it.

5.) Ultimately, I was falsely arrested and detained by WINSLOW TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT under further Threat,
Duress, and Coercion. I was taken down to the said Police Station, where I was harassed, mocked, and oppressed by other
Officers, after I clearly stated that I am a Moor and I declared my status, my Nationality, and my disposition in the matter.
The Officers confiscated my wallet and saw my Allodial Nationality Card, which they ignored. One of the said Officers then
did some sort of database search on his cell phone, while I sat in restraint, as they would not accept my National Appellation.

6.) After about two hours of my having been harassed, mocked, and humiliated by three said Officers at WINSLOW TOWNSHIP
POLICE DEPARTMENT that night, while two other Officers watched, the one Officer came back looking at his cell phone and

smiling. It was then that the arresting Officer(s) cheered in victory and began calling me the fictitious, corporate construct
identified LUCAS E. MASTERS, which is NOT me.

They seem to have found the Misnomer/Nom de Guerre and

misinformation via a database and populated it into their computer system, where they created a fraudulent complaint
against my natural, flesh and blood being under the fictitious, corporate construct information.

7.) Once I was artificially processed as the fictitious, corporate construct on paper, and Fraudulently identified as LUCAS E.
MASTERS, at WINSLOW TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT, I was then taken to ATLANTICARE REGIONAL MEDICAL
CENTER in Hammonton, New Jersey, where I was examined for my bodily injuries and then taken directly to CAMDEN

COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY located in Camden, New Jersey, Falsely Detained under an alleged Commitment #
303138, without my having been afforded any Due Process. I remained at CAMDEN COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY,

unlawfully, for twelve (12) days in utter sufferings in the poorly maintained, unsanitary, corporate chattel property-driven
facility, where I suffered emotional distress at inhumane and torturous treatments administered against me.

PUBLIC HAZARD BONDING OF CORPORATE AGENTS All officials are required by federal, state, and municipal law to provide the
name, address and telephone number of their public hazard and malpractice bonding company and the policy number of the
bond and, if required, a copy of the policy describing the bonding coverage of their specific job performance. Failure to provide
this information constitutes corporate and limited liability insurance fraud (15 USC) and is Prim a Facie evidence and grounds to
impose a lien upon the official personally to secure their public oath and service of office. (18 USC 912).
"Whoever, having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the
United States authorizes an oath to be administered, willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any
material matter which he does not believe to be true, is guilty of perjury and shall be fined no more than $2,000.00 or
imprisoned not more than five years or both." 18 U.S.C. 1621
