Roads and Building Department (R&B) Government of Gujarat

(GOG), is the nodal department for construction of Government Building. As the Government function in wide spectrum
through various departments, the types of Building projects
with the department vary widely. The Buildings, Projects encompass new Construction for Educational Institutes, School,
Healthcare Buildings, Court Complexes, Sport Complexes,
Office Buildings, Industrial Training Institutes and Residential
Quarters as well as up gradation and modernization projects
of existing facilities, Project cost varies from 50 Lakhs to 100
Crores for Ahmedabad City (R&B) Circle, Ahmedabad & Capital Projecr (R&B) Circle, Gandhinagar.
As the time period of two years for the panel constituted by
the Department through G.R. Dated 24/10/2011 has expired,
the department has decided to prepare and maintain a panel
of firms for Architectural services through his EOI. The objective of such empanelment is to avail services for comprehensive Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services including Architectural and Structural planning and Designing.
Details Specification and Estimation, Periodical / Continuous
Supervision Technical and Quality Auditing, Landscape Designing, through the specialized consulting firms having required capabilities for the project desired. A Firm will be categorized as per its eligibility to avail projects of a certain sizerange. The duration of panel will be of two years but there
could be omission of firm found necessary after review.
In line with above, the R&B GOG invites Expression of Interest from the reputed experienced and competent Architect consultants registered with the Council of Architecture who have
carried out assignments of similar sizes and similar types. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that
they are qualified to platform the required services. All the
supporting details of eligibility of consulting firm to undertake
similar assignment shall will submitted for qualification.
Expression of Interest submittal shall include following, but
not limited to the same.
* Firm profile in detail, Registration Details, Staff Strength,
Qualification Details of Individuals, Empanelment with other
Organization, Financial Turn Over (Audited) for last 5 years,
Professional fees Received, Technical Capability and available equipment, logistic for the same.
* Description of similar and all other relevant assignments
on hand completed successfully, duly notarized with clear cut
defined work extent therein (costs of the projects, services
provided and fees received).
* Summary in the tabular form as below is also to be given.

Based on details submitted in EOI, consultants will be short
listed depending upon their capability (as finalized by committee
examining the bids). Only short listed consultant will be invited for
personal inter view, presentations and document verification.
Empanelment will be finalized after personal interview and presentation and after verifying the documents submitted. Being on panel
itself shall not entitle a firm to get the work, offers for a work shall
be invited from the empanelled firms for which the department decided to avail consultancy services.
5. Expression of Interest must be delivered on or before. Dt. 12/
02/2015 up to 16.00 hrs. at following address (Through RPAD /
Speed Post / Courier). Late submissions shall not be taken into
consideration.
6. The R&B-GOG, reserves all the rights to accepts or reject any
or all the applications or to annual the selection processes itself without assigning any reasoning whatsoever.
