effects us. As we can see the scenario today,

the number of people have

problems has widely increases

for example about 5.6 millions of people in

Malaysia hast suffer from

diabetes. To discuss more about our topics

today, I would like

to introduce our four guests. Our first panel, Dr Siti

Syairah from

University Malaya, our second panel is Miss Iwa Nasuha

from

IPG Kampus Sultan Mizan, our third panel is Madam Alasia Pawa
Joe, counselor from SMK Permaisuri Nur Zahirah and the last one is Dr
Eva Nathylea from Hospital Besut. So, Dr Siti what do you think the

: Thank you for inviting me to this program. Regarding about this

topics,

there are a few step that we can take such as eat a

healthy diet. Healthy

diets consist of fruits, vegetables,

cereals and milk. It is advice to eat little

or no meat and a

lot of raw food. This kind of food gives us a lot of

vitamins and

minerals that protect us from disease. Second, we need to


avoid drugs, smoking and alcohols. They caused many diseases and
shorten our lives significantly.

: Ahaa I used to do sports like walking, jogging and cycling

once or
healthy. Other than that,
example sleep for 5 to 6

twice a day in order to keep my body strong and

positive feeling and

positive emotions have a positive effect on your body.

shows the

impact of good health on your quality of life is far-

reaching, regardless of

your age, sex and physical ability.

Practice the healthy habits, will helps

you to boost energy.

Weve all experienced the energy drop that comes

from eating

food high in sugar and saturated fats. When you eat a balance

diet

including whole grains, lean meat, low fat dairy product and fruit and
vegetables your body have a fuel that it need to manage your energy
level.
Regular physical exercise also improves muscle strength and
boost

endurance, giving you more energy, save the Mayo Clinic.

Exercises help

deliver oxygen and nutrient to your tissues and get

your cardiovascular

system walking more efficiently so that

you have more energy to go about

your daily activity. It also helps

boost energy by promoting better sleep-

helping you fall

: first of all I want to thank you for inviting me to this

program. Just like

issue of our forum today, I strongly agreed

that each and everyone of us

need to practice a gealthy life

style for a better life. I am dare to talk here

that mostly

teenager need today.physical activity triggers the release of


brain chemical that can make you feel relax and happier. This emotional
boost can help your outlook about your appearance and improve
your

self-confident. In addition, the mood-enchancing chemical

release by

physical activity can help you face the trouble of

stressful day with a

calmer mindset. Limiting alcohol

consumption also promote a better

mood. Consuming alcohol

slows your brain activity and can cause anxiety

and depression.

Its no secret that a healthy lifestyle can help you shed pounds
and look

more youthful but, it goes beyond weight lose. For

example stay hydrated

and getting adequate sleep can reduce the

appearance of under eyes-

bag. Limiting alcohol intake

reduces its aging effect on your skin and eyes,

as does avoiding

tobacco. Proper nutrition from a balance diet also

supplies your

body with the nutrient it need for healthy and lustrous, bright

eyes,

tough skin and an overall glow. So in a nutshell that is no regret if


we know how to balance a busy lifestyle with a healthy ones. Thank you.
