RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum rental period is one day.
Equipment must be returned by 11am to avoid an extra days charge. Rental does not end until equipment is received by PENN
LIGHTING. Rentals of vehicles and equipment pre-loaded at our facility are considered on rent at the time said vehicles leaves our
premises. Drivers of these vehicles will be considered employees of the customer and will be paid as such by the customer. Before
rental an begin PENN LIGHTING needs: Certificate of Insurance, signed contract, deposit in full for new clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We request a 24 hour notice of cancellation at no charge. A cancellation fee will be charged at 15 percent the contracted rate for cancellations after the preparation and loading of location jobs for the next day.
LIABILITY:
PENN LIGHTING is in no way responsible for any liabilities, claims costs, or expenses arising out of the use of possession of its
equipment. Customers will be responsible for all costs of replacement or repair. Our equipment is offered for inspection and test at the
start of rental.
DAMAGED EQUIPMENT:
All equipment is rented in good condition and is to be returned in good condition. Any repair work necessary shall be paid by the
renter. If equipment is damaged beyond repair renter shall pay full replacement price.
GLOBES:
All units are furnished with globes. There is no charge for burned out globes as long as they are returned. All broken globes will be
charged for.
MILEAGE:
Grip trucks rented by client will go out with full tank of gas and will come back with full tank of gas. Gas refueling charge is $25
dollar fee plus the cost to fill the tank. The first 150 miles per day and 600 miles per week are at no charge additional mileage will be
charged one dollar per mile.
SHIPPING:
All shipments made outside of Los Angeles, CA by air or surface at renters request will be shipped collect for freight charges. All
rented equipment returned to PENN LIGHTING must be shipped prepaid. Rental ends upon PENN LIGHTING receiving equipment.

INSURANCE:
Renter shall provide their own insurance to cover book value of equipment rented for all loss and damage, and shall evidence this
coverage by providing PENN LIGHTING with a certificate of insurance. Rental cost will not be deducted from replacement cost. See
Insurance Requirements in our catalog for details.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. The lessee agrees to pay rental price for the equipment rented. Should said equipment, or any part thereof, be lost, damaged, or

destroyed, by fire, casualty of any kind, act of God or other act of accident, lessee agrees to pay the full value of the equipment so

lost, damage, destroyed, or detained, as well as all accrued rental therefore, according to the full replacement value or, in the

event of damage, the lessee agrees to pay the accrued rental plus the cost of necessary repairs. Rent shall be due whether or

not such lose had occurred. Obligation to pay rent shall only cease at point of payment of all losses suffered by lessor.

2. Lessee, at its own expense, agrees to furnish Lessor with CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE prior to release of equipment, with

coverage as follows:
EQUIPMENT:
Misc. Equipment coverage: Minimum shall vary according to the value of the total equipment rented, and shall not be less then the full
replacement value of all equipment rented. Coverage to include all listed equipment for All risk perils, and contains a loss payable
clause endorsement state as follows: Effective date , it is understood and agreed that the certificate holder is recognized as Loss
Payee as respects (value amount) misc. rented equipment and that said policy is primary and not in excess of, or contributory to, any
other insurance provide for the benefit of, or by, the certificate holder.
General liability coverage: Minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limits, bodily injury and property damage, is to be maintained
for the term of the rental. PENN LIGHTING is to be named as additional insured, as respects to the rental of this equipment during the
term of this rental agreement.
Show evidence of workers compensation coverage.
VEHICLES:
Lessee agrees to provide auto, bodily injury, and property damage with no less than $1,000,000 combined single limits.
Lessor will be named as additional insured and loss payee.
Lessor shall be afforded primary liability coverage and this primary liability coverage shall not be contributory with any other insurance carried by lessor. Premiums for this liability insurance shall be paid for by lessee.
Lessee agrees to provide physical damage (comprehensive and collision) coverage on a blanket basis to any vehicles that Pen lighting may provide to lessee with a limit of no less then $125,000. The insurance shall remain in full force and effect until this lease has
expired and said equipment has been retuned to lessor. The interests of the Lessor as parties insured by such insurance policy shall not
be invalidate or otherwise adversely affected by any act or omission, negligent or otherwise of Lessee or Lessees agents, employees,
successors or assigns. No material change reducing the coverage afforded or cancellation of this policy shall be effective as to lessor
with out thirty (30) days prior written notice to PENN LIGHTING.
We do not accept responsibly for unsafe or unqualified drives hereby lessee. The lessee accepts complete responsibly for verification
of the good driving records of the drivers they hire and their qualifications to operate the vehicle being rented.
Lessee agrees to and does hereby indemnify lessor an hold lessor, its agent and employees harmless of and from any and all losses,
damages, claims, demands of liability of any kind of nature whatsoever, including legal expenses, arising from the use, condition,
(including with out limitation latent and other defects) or operation of the equipment rented, by whosoever used or operated during the
term hereof. This indemnification shall continuo in full force and effect during and after term of this renal for causes arising during the
term of rental.
