EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
Working on jack up 5Th generation with various equipment such as Wartsila engines / Leroy Somers
gens, Nov cyber chair, TDS HPS 1000, VFD Vacon water cooled. All equipment is controlled by various
Siemens plc sever based for Cyber chair controlling all the rig function for drilling. Monitoring of the
engines, generators and all auxiliaries motors, pumps are monitored through the SCADA program.
Instrumentation is a part of the cyber chair , all auxiliaries tanks are monitored through tank gauging
system display panels. More auxiliaries equipment such as Favelle cranes, mooring winches, jack up
legs motors, fixation and automation with independent plc, hydraulic fixation system ,bridge racker,
cherry pickup etc Perform all the maintenance tasks, recording, and requisitions through AMOS on
line application
1. Knowledge of Jackup Cyber-based rigs.
2. Checking the lighting system, all indicator lighting on panel and checking all motor for abnormal sound
and heating.
3. Bentec Equipment,Ross Hill .N.O.V.-> L.E.R. Amphion, Drawworks (A.D.S),
4. Check the load on generator and record them.
5. Check all extension cable recepticle, portable light, fans, grinder and rectify the problem if any.
6. Weekly check of all battery water level and specific gravity. Good house keeping.
7. Worked on AC /DC motor, starter and control, changing of motor bearing.
8. Cyber chair BENTEC and SIEMENS VFD as AC drives for all drilling equipments.
