Recently I was involved in a car accident and I just realized that how inexperienced and
naive I was to face an accident in MALAYSIA. I would like to recount a bit of my
experience and some lessons I learned in the hopes that if you are someday presented
with a similar situation, you might be able to face it with well prepare and proper manner.
Quick Story
One morning I was driving my new Toyota Vios (3 months old) and stopped at a traffic
light where there was a red signal. A few seconds later a young lady driver wasnt paying
attention and bumped into my rear bumper. My rear bumper was cracked and the trunk
was dented.
AFTER ACCIDENT
I exchanged details with the young lady driver (Name: Loo Yin Mei) and the lady (Loo
Yin Mei) promised me to pay the repair cost. Since my car is under warranty I have no
other choice but need to go Toyota service centre to repair the damaged bumper.
However, after I sent the estimated repair cost to the lady (Loo Yin Mei), she started to
give lots of excuses for not paying the bill. Below is our conversation through Whatsapp:
