European Development Plan

This section of the e-form is where the majority of the points are awarded for your application
A European development plan is a strategic view of your schools plans for European activities. It
should include:

An overview of your schools current status(i.e. where you are now)

A vision for the future (where you want to be in a few years time )
Identified needs (how you will get from where you are now to where you want to be)
How your planned activities will meet these needs

Organisations plans for European mobility

Give example of what is currently organised to prepare the mobility,

What is the mobility activity (i.e LFEE immersion course)
How the mobility activity will contribute to meeting the needs in training (check LFEE
website immersion course pages) (were hoping that all LFEE courses in France and Spain
will GTCS accredited this year) and internationalisation (implementing a wide variety of
international activities that can be carried out in cooperation with partner schools,
evaluating international activities and the European dimension in the curriculum,
disseminating the activities and outcomes, strengthening intercultural awareness...)
Who will participate in it (names or numbers)
How the mobility activity will complement the school/LA training/strategy for 1+2
How many people will be affected by the training (the more the better)
What will be done after the mobility in terms of training colleagues in school, at LA level,
run an information event to parents.

How the organisation will integrate the competences and experience acquired by staff into its
strategic development in the future?

Show how the mobility activity is part of a wider and long-term strategy of development in
your school and describe the impact the training will have on pupils, teachers, other staff
and stakeholders and the school overall (Organise professional dialogue, evaluating the
progress regularly, sharing resources within the school and cluster area)
Describe how the staff who participated in the project will be able to organise training
session with their colleague from the school/cluster schools (they can become trainers
themselves)
Number of people affected by the outcome of the mobility project
