1. AtJIO~I~~~rations
the premises in ~vhich G unpowder is stored
will be watched by a warder and guard by day, aii(I by a military
guard with civil watchmen din jug the night. At li)reign stations
the civilian warders and watelinien arc not usually icquil,e(l, the
watching being performed by military sentries.

IV. CARE AND STOWAGE OF GUNPOWDER.

43. Every barrel, box, or case will be carefully examined, iii
