Road Transport Fuel Consumption Estimation in NCR (1995-2004) (Nov, 2007 - Dec, 2007) :
Estimated fuel consumption after a detailed analysis of data procured from MOPNG, PPAC, IGL, etc.
Diagnosed and highlighted the impact of introduction of Delhi Metro and CNG on the fuel consumption pattern
Recommended for admission to graduate programs by the project supervisor, a guest faculty from the School of
Urban Planning and Environment, McGill University, Canada
Prediction of Location and Severity of Incipient Damage in Structures (Jan, 2009 - May, 2009) :
Fabricated an experimental setup to simulate aggravating damage scenarios in real-life structures
Generated a diagnostic methodology and investigated limitations of its applicability
Results and key findings were presented in a research paper
Tied Arch Bridge Model Project (Jan, 2008 - Apr, 2008) :
Designed and developed a light-weight model of a bridge which withstood load up to 80 times its dead weight
Illustrated the principle of tied arches (unexplored in the Indian Civil Industry)
