NOTABLE CONTRIBUTIONS
Oversaw governing legislation for security guards in Ontario and developed a 40-hour required training program
that ensured employees understood and were compliant with all policies and requirements
Implemented a risk assessment program to be carried out at all job sites, improving the health and safety of all
employees by mitigating possible risks
Acted as a founding member of the WSIB Safety Group, which was responsible for curating and reviewing health
and safety programs to develop best practices; held quarterly meetings with various companies to deliver

Developed program that allowed the Company to bid on federal contracts that were trained as per CGSB;

WSIB/WCB and injured workers to modify duties and ensure employees can return to work as soon as possible
Successfully audited branch contacts to review turnover and identify areas where the branch was losing money;
