automate inbound calls, provide guided scripts for Customer Agents navigate through standard

sales process for non-members calling for information. Track inbound calls, preparing scripts to
automatically answer customer calls. Maintain summary of calls last 7 days, 14 days, etc.

This application automates the total office transactions. It has modules to automate
accounts, products details manufactured, employee data, Time sheet etc., The module developed
by us was Time sheet. This module mainly says about the process of billing a TimeSheet of each
employees for a week. This project mainly covers, how the Projects get assigned by the Project
Managers to the employees, if once the projects is assigned to the employee, then the employee
prepares a TimeSheet, for a week and he will enter how much time he spent for that project, if
once the TimeSheet is submitted by the employee the PM Manager has to approve the
TimeSheet submitted by the employee for billing.

Description:
This project is developed using JAVA/J2EE as a Web language and SQL Server 2000
as a Database. All businesses have issues that need to be tracked and managed to resolution.
Resolution of these issues requires the coordination of multiple individuals within and even
outside the company. Service Desk can be used by all team members to coordinate their work,
and to make sure that issues get resolved in a timely manner. The built-in workflow automatically
routes these issues to the appropriate individuals. Managers can obtain status, reports and charts
showing trends and problem areas. The reports were prepared using Crystal Reports .Issues
that are not taken care of in time will automatically be escalated. Everyone involved can obtain
status, automatic notification, reports, and charts; and share knowledge and information.

The project consists of the two modules Investment Module and Financial Accounting
Module. The Investment module keeps track of the Investors, Investment, Maturity period, Dividend,
Loans, and Discounts. Company introduces various types of schemes and investors deposit certain
amount for a fixed period.
Investors receive fixed amount of cash dividends on deposit. Depending upon profitability of
the company, Investors may also receive Bonus or Deductions. Investors have facilities to avail
loans or close the amount prior to maturity period. This application was developed using HTML for
forms and EditPlus to develop Applets. JDBC was used to access the Database. The Oracle
database was maintained on Windows NT Server.
