Title: Cry if you have to
Specific purpose: To let the audience to express their sadness if they have to, instead of
holding it in.
Central Ideas: We have to cry or shed our tears if we feel sad to prevent severe mental
illness, to end the sad story that we have been through, and to become a stronger person.

I. Main Point 1
a) We could suffer a prolong mental illness if we dont let out our feeling.
i. Crying is actually a self-therapy to comfort us.
ii. It is suggested by most psychologists.
iii. Keeping our tears is like keeping our emotions.
iv. When we keep something for a long time, it might explode someday
and it is dangerous for our mental health.
b) This mental illness might lead us to do something beyond our imaginations.
i. Many thoughts will come out
a. Thinking of committing suicide
b. Hurting others
c. Involved in vandalism
ii. Crying doesnt require us to have a place, a suitable time or event to
let it out as it is only significance if we do so at the very moment when
we are sad.

a) Next, is to put an end to our sadness.
i. If we do not cry, we will feel as if we are hanging in the mid air

a) We are not crying because we are a loser, but because we want to become a
stronger person.

If they do not, at least they could see that what they did, actually
cause misery to someone else life which then, they will not repeat the
same mistakes again to other people.
If we suddenly burst after we hold it in, than that is called a real loser.

I reinforce again by assuring them that we should cry if we have to, as we, as a
normal human beings, have our own limits to retain our sadness.
Plus, God creates tears as a medium to relieve us from our mixed emotions.
Before we turn berserk and all, better we set them free by crying.
