Designed for law students, lawyers, veterans,
policy makers and other service professionals,
this conference will provide a forum for dis-
cussing critical issues facing our veterans, in-
cluding women veterans’ facing homelessness,
veterans in the justice system and new legisla-
tive initiatives. The conference also includes a
training for lawyers interested in representing
veterans in their claims for service-related
disability benefits.
The conference and training are free, but

This training for pro bono lawyers with Carrie Weletz
of Bergmann & Moore, LLC will instruct them on how
to handle a Veterans’ Benefits case from start to finish.
Each participant is expected to accept one pro bono
case.
