HYGIENE STATIONS
CM Process Solutions range of hygiene stations are designed to enforce obligatory use and are
positioned between the production area and the changing rooms.
The solution you require can be as simple as a single turnstile or sole washer to a complex fully
automated footwear and hand washing/hand sanitizing system with multiple turnstiles.
All machinery is constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with sloped external surfaces and removable
covers ensuring maximum sanitary design. All machines are delivered installation ready and include built
in detergent injector systems with a smooth sand blast finish.
HC
Hygicontrol HC
The Hygicontrol HC is an obligatory hygiene system placed between the production areas and the changing
rooms. It is designed for the automatic sanitation of hands and the disinfection of soles prior to entering the
production area. The soles of the footwear are also cleaned upon leaving the area by way of two horizontally
mounted rotating brushes.
Features
Ergonomic easy to clean sanitary design.
On entry into the production area the operator steps directly into the sole disinfection area and places
their hands into the automated hand sanitation unit.
On exit from the production area, the person passes through the unit via two sole cleaning brushes.
A one-way turnstile prevents entry into the production areas via the exiting side of the unit.

Effective measures taken for the complete
sanitation of hands are crucial for assuring high

A four step procedure is necessary:

This floor mounted unit can be used everywhere

HDK/WDG
The HDK/WDG is the perfect machine for ensuring
optimal hand hygiene in areas where it is
necessary to only wash and sanitize the operator s
hands.
The machine has a chamber for soap dispensing
and hand washing and a separate chamber for

mould you are washing, it has an increased pump size than the standard tunnel washer to assist
in the removal of whey and to ensure the optical cleaning of the intricate perforations in many
moulds.

WASHING MACHINES
Tunnel Buggy Washer
The ET75 is a conveyorised tunnel washer and is designed for washing large quantities of buggy s
with capacity s and throughputs of up to 75 buggy s per hour dependent on the level of soiling.
The buggy s are automatically inverted and loaded on to the machine and are transported
through the wash tunnel by a stainless steel chain conveyor, after the wash process is completed
the buggy is then automatically unloaded and delivered to the floor level allowing the operator to
remove.
The ET75 is supplied with a recirculated hot wash tank and also a recirculated hot rinse tank, a
fresh sanitizing rinse can also be employed.
Manufactured to high sanitary standards it has sloping surfaces where possible and electrical
interlocked service covers to allow efficient cleaning.

Vat Washers
CM Process Solutions range of vat washers are designed to facilitate the efficient cleaning of
items such as stainless steel vats, plastic vats and other bulk containers.
Cabinet units can be supplied with a single or double bays to accommodate various
throughput rates, multiple programmable wash cycles are included which gives flexibility for a
wide range of soiling, allowing the customer to custom select the specific cycle based on the
soling of the vats.
Inline systems work on the same principle as the ET75 Buggy washer, the vats are loaded and
unloaded into the machine by automatic bin inverters, as an option the inline system can be
supplied with an indexing mechanism allowing the vat or container to pause at a wash stage,
where sustained high impact jetting ensures the washing quality of the vat.
As with our commercial and industrial washing machines, our vats washers are designed with all
the hygienic features and principles, thus minimizing energy usage and washing time.

CM Process Solutions range of combination vat and buggy washers are a versatile design to
facilitate the washing of dump buggies or vats in one machine
The machine can be supplied in either a single or double bay design to accommodate various
throughputs.
It is designed with a special lifting cradle so it can wash either a 400lb/600lb buggy or a large
vat or bulk container in one cycle
The double bay design can wash both a 400lb/600lb buggy and a large vat or bulk container
in one cycle.
Heating of the tanks can be achieved by means of steam, gas or electric, multiple
programmable wash cycles are included which gives the operator the option to select a wash
cycle specific to the level of soiling on the bin.

WASHING MACHINES
Utensil Washers
CM Process Solutions range of EDI machines consist of five models, each one being capable
of satisfying the washing requirements of the bakery, butchery, catering and small food industry
sectors.
The machines are constructed in satin finished 304 grade stainless steel and are double skinned
for insulation and operator safety.
All machines are front loading via a well balanced, easy open door. Stainless steel rotary wash
and rinse arms clean the utensils loaded into the stainless steel wash rack, which can also be
modified to hold a specific type or shape product.

WASHING MACHINES
The machines are designed with high levels of hygiene in mind; the interior of the machine is
completely rounded with no right angles.
There are removable stainless steel baskets for filtration and a filter is installed to protect the
wash pump.
The EDI is digitally controlled by means of a controller housed in the front of the machine where
cycle times, wash temperature and other parameters can easily be changed. The display also
includes the current wash cycle status and tank temperature.

400Lb Buggy Mixer & Tumbler
The unique and innovative GBT300 is designed to offer a revolutionary way for companies to mix,
blend and marinate there product within a standard stainless dump buggy.
The GBT300 with its innovative design has no rotating blades or paddles and still allows the mixing of
delicate products such as salads, rice, pastas, cereals and vegetables and ensures there is little or no
product damage.
The GBT300 is supplied with a vacuum system so that protein products such as chicken, beef or pork
can be marinated within a stainless steel 400lb buggy.

The SK 800 HA is used to empty large containers,

Hand Wash Sinks
CM Process Solutions range of hand wash sinks are
manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and
are continuously welded.
They are supplied in various different designs such
as wall or pedestal mounted or even a double
side execution.
The sinks are supplied with a chrome plated
faucet with a jet flow regulator.
They can be initiated by a simple knee push valve
or via a sensor.
Features
2 6 man capacity.
Double sided design allows maximum of
12 people.
Complete with faucet.
Optional paper towel dispenser.

CHANGING ROOM
Apron Hanging Rack SZT
The SZT is a compact hanging frame
designed for the storage of aprons.
It is manufactured from 304 grade stainless
steel and is available in two designs, floor or
wall mounted.
The hangers can be removable or
completely encapsulated with capacity to
hold up to 35 aprons.
Stainless Steel Lockers KSD

The KSD range of lockers are manufactured from
304 grade stainless steel and are designed for the
safe storage of operators personal effects or PPE.
The slanting top design ensures easy wash down
and prevention of storage of unwanted items.
They can be supplied with a built in bench and
are manufactured with either perforated or solid
doors.
Options
Different styles of locking padlock, key or coin
operated.
Various formations and configurations.
Optional internal shelve design with
coat hook.
Can be supplied with or without a
changing bench.

Boot Storage Rack STT
The storage racks are designed for their safe
storage of employees boots.
Racks have a capacity range of between 10 and
30 pairs per side.
Features

Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel.

Mobile, static or wall mounted design.
Can be supplied so the boot locks in place.
Single or double sided.
Boot Dryer HSTT

The HSTT is designed for drying the insides of the
employees boots, ambient air is fed and warmed
via an electronic element and blown through the
boot rods; therefore drying the boots.
The drying time is fully adjustable.
Features
304 Grade stainless steel construction.
10 30 pair capacity.
Can be supplied wall or floor mounted.
Boot Drying Cabinet

The cabinet works on the same principle as the
HSTT, a hot air dryer is integrated with in a stainless
steel cabinet.
The cabinet is supplied with stainless steel
sliding doors and a slanting top which allows for
placement in a wash down area.
It has a capacity of 30 pairs of boots.
