Please read we have been getting quite a few


kickbacks stating when property is listed your
team is NOT putting the contact info for the listing
agent so i have provided the correct report you
should be looking at in mls to get the listing
agent's info when needed.

When you are searching for the property within MLS and you pull the property up, instead of selecting BPO
Report, select from the dropdown 01-SFR Detail (Full) View

Most of our orders in Gator are Interior


however every once in a while we get
an exterior in Gator as well

Listing Service and public records and computation of capitalization based on recent sales within the market.
Assumptions or limiting conditions used to determine the BPO: The property is occupied; BPO was completed
assuming the property was in average condition and needing no repairs. Licensee has the following existing or
contemplated interest in the Property (including, without limitation, the possibility of representing the seller or
purchaser): no additional interest.
The only part of these comments that will need to be changed for each BPO is the address and the APN #,
which is in bold & purple above.
