Designer|Drafter

Actively involved project delivery, including contract drafting, budgeting, concept design, construction
documentation, preparing submittal packages, consultant and contractor coordination, and construction
administration. Acted as full time on-site contruction manager for a 3,000 square foot commerical office
remodel, as well as for a 450 square foot executive office produced with reclaimed cargo containers. Produced
concept design renderings for various commercial projects as well as presentation packages. Project types
included single family residences, campus housing, mixed-use urban infill, commercial tenant improvements,
hospitality and restaurant design.
