2. Special fee for obtaining Original Degree Certificate urgently : Rs. 400/- (in
addition to the normal fee plus postage).Candidates who have once applied for the original
degree certificate remitting the normal fee plus postage can at a later date convert it to an

9. Consolidation of marklist for all Semesters of B.Tech. : Rs. 3000/- plus Rs. 300/- each for
every additional appearance.
10.i. Authentication of transcript copies of Marklists/Certificates : Rs. 300/- for each
marklist/degree certificate
ii. search fee at the following rates for genuineness verification of all marklists and degree
certificate of each course, irrespective of the number of copies of marklists/degree
certificates to be verified .
a) upto 3 years of passing the examination

20.Fee for cancellation of course registration and examination registrations of all courses
(Under Graduate and Post Graduate Professional and Non-Professional)
(course registration includes Regular/Private/SDE registration) Rs. 1500/21. Fee for canceling the registration for an examination without canceling the registration
for that course Rs. 150/- (including improvement canceling on registration)
22.Fee for canceling the Part III Main Subject of B.A. to join for second year B.A. with
another main subject, retaining the passed marks in Part I & II - Rs. 1500/23.Fee for canceling the Part III Main examination of B.A. to join for Second year B.A.
with another main subject, retaining the passed marks in Part I & II : Rs. 1500/24.Fee for canceling Part III examination of B.Sc., to join for B.A. course, retaining the
marks in Part I & II : Rs. 1200/-.
25. Fee for canceling the first year BA/B.Sc course registration/examination registration
already taken, for admission to first year BA/B.Sc with another main subject-Rs.1500/26.i) Fee for discontinuing B.A. course to join in any other studies : Rs. 150/ii)Fee for rejoin (B.A.Course) after discontinuation (if the fee was not paid before
discontinuation) : Rs. 200/27.Fine for revising the original degree certificate on suppression of facts/giving false

Additional fine thereafter for each year till the date of submission of marklist Rs.500/- per
year.
33.Late fee from candidates who submit the request for award of grace marks after one year
form the date of publication of results of examination of the respective academic year for
which they are eligible for grace marks Rs.1000/34. After the completion of the course an additional fee of Rs.3000/-will be charged to
appear for supplementary/special supplementary examinations as shown below:
