DECLARATION OF TRUST DEED

THIS DEED OF DECLARATION OF TRUST executed at Allahabad on this 4th day of April 2014 by
.., heri\einafter called the AUTHOR OF THE
TRUST, in favour of VISION INDIA TRUST
Where as the Author of the Trust along with the Trustees VISION INDIA TRUST wish to form a
trust with a desire to contribute to the social cause and welfare of the society under the name and style
of VISION INDIA TRUST.
And whereas it is felt expedient and necessary to declare a Trust duly framing the rules and
regulations for the proper functioning of the Trust and to carry out the several objects of the Trust and
to have a registered deed for the same.
NOW THIS DEED OF DECLARTION OF TRUST WINTNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. NAMEOF THE TRUST


The name of the Trust shall be VISION INDIA TRUST.
2. REGISTERED OFFICE
The registered office of the Trust at present shall be located at --------------------------------------------------- The Board of Trustee shall have the power to change the address of the
registered office of the Trust to such other place as deed from time to time.
3. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
The administrative office of the Trust shall be located at --------------------------------------------------. The Board of Trustee shall have the power to change the address of the Administration
office the Trust to such other place as deed from time to time.
4. Necessity Trust
Father of Santosh Kumar Tiwari named Sri BaijNathTiwari is a retired defense person who
had orally established a institution / trust named vision India around 15 years bach and has
been organizing programmes of national interest, public interest, social service human welfare
since the above said time for the management & operation of the above said orally
established institution/trust, he feels to register the above said institutional/ trust with the
registry office. Therefore above said institutional/trust is being legally establishing.
5. THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST
(a) To provide education to children at large without discriminating by caste, creed of colour.
(b) To establish, run, and manage educational institutions like schools and colleges (both
technical and non-technical: Professional and regular courses). ITIs. Polytechnic teacher
training institute, etc. including those of B.edM.ed. Physical Education and the like.
(c) To provide tracing for the members of the public engaged in various trades and rural
development work and in modern methods to enhance production.
(d) To motivate & facilitate people of all walks of life in rural and urban areas towards a
higher quality of life.
(e) To conduct Youth Programmer and career Counseling.
(f) To carry on research and development in regard to rural and urban activities.
(g) To institute, establish and run shelters, public conveniences and to provide living space or
accommodation along with food at various centers for the stay and accommodation of the
public at heritage and pilgrim centers not restricting to any caste, creed or religion.

(h) To establish Health Education for preventive, promotive and curative measures for the
community.
(i) To promote projects for the prevention of the dreaded diseases and also work for the
control and cure of patients affected by critical diseases.
(j) To promote and implement projects to help the physically handicapped which may
include dissemination of information on the causes for the handicapped ness like
poleoetc, and to work for the betterment of such affected people.
(k) To promote, establish and run day care centers for children, and working womens hostel
for the benefit of the public at large.
(l) To promote and establish homes for child care, Residential Orphanages and home
inclusive of crche for children and Old Age Homes for Elders.
(m) To promote an exclusive academy for the promotion of Safety Standards in industries and
public utilities.
(n) To promote and implement projects relating to sanitation, environment, drinking water
and the allied.
(o) To promote execute and implement various programmes for the empowerment of women
both direct and indirect, with or without assistance/funding from institutions and funding
agencies.
(p) To promote for nation of self help groups by exclusive group of women, composite group
of men and women and exclusive groups of men with an object to create a feeling of
togetherness for the purpose of helping one and another with or without emphasis on
micro finance. This would also be enlarged to form federation of SHGs and lead to a
situation of creation of consortium of federations.
(q) To promote an institute training programmes with an objective to commence new
n\enterprises by the public with an ultimate object of starting income generation units.
(r) To take over existing education institution and operate them successfully either as
separate institutions or as an amalgamated unit with a existing unit of the NGO.
(s) To create awareness on organic farming, production and use of organic manure,
promoting organic farming techniques inclusive of dissemination, demonstration and
execution of intensive and extensive organic farming practices.
(t) To promote and execute project relating to maintenance of ecological balance: and
creating pollution free environment for the public.
(u) To sell and purchase movable and immovable property and execute, supervise, provide
the land, evaluate projects relating to agriculture right bond of trust and board of trusty by
majority of tow third interest in trust.
(v) To conduct all such specific promotion programmes to be spelt out by the funding agency
concerned.
(w) To sell movable and immovable property through member of trust by power, which
should be executed by president and Secretary.
6. TRUST FUND
The Trust fund shall comprise of the following:
The sum of Rs.50000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousand only) contributed by the author and The
founder Trustee. Any further sums of money donated in future by Trustees. Members of their
families, General Public, and firms or institutions shall also form part of the Corpus of the
Trust properties, movable and immovable which the Trust may receive as donations and

subscriptions to augment the Trust fund without any condition that would give scope for
interfering with the management of the Trust.
7. THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees shall at present consist of the above named Trust (1) Mr. Rajneesh
Singh, S/O Ashok Kumar Singh r/o Soraon, Allahabad President (2)

If the Board of trustees considers it necessary, may appoint any number of Trustees and such
appointed trustees shall hold offices for life or a specified as maybe stipulated by the Board of
Trustees. Such appointments shall be recorded in the minutes book.
The Trustee Mr. Santosh Kumar Tiwari shall bi the Managing Trustee of the Trust. Trust
based on the need. Such positions and designations shall be recorded in the minute s book.
The Annual Meeting each year. The positions and designations so decided shall be recorded
in the minutes book.
If any vacancy arise, in the Board of Trustees either by resignation or disability or on account
of any other reason, the Managing Trustee shall have the right to appoint any person or
persons to fill up each vacancy or vacancies in consultation with the Board of Trustees.
In case the seat of Managing Trust falls vacant for reason whatsoever, then the other Trustees
whoever is in the Board shall have the right to co-opt. such person as they deem fit to fill up
the said vacancy. Such person shall hold the same position as the Managing Trustee had in the
management of the Trust.
The Management Trustee shall have the right, power and duty to carry out day to day
administration of the Trust including the right to appoint staff and workers for the purpose of
fulfilling the objects of the objects of the Trust and running any institution connected with the
Trust subject to the superintendence, guidance and control of Board of Trustee from time to
time, one of more of the members of Board of Trustees to perform all or any of the above
mentioned duties of the managing trustee.
The Trustees shall not as mere Trustees be entitled to any remuneration for attending the
business of the Trust. The expenses incurred by the Trustees in connection with the business
of the Trust will be net/reimbursed from the Trust funds. This clause shall not disentitle the
Managing Trustee or any other Trustees from receiving remuneration for specifies service
rendered as such to the Trust. The Board of trustees shall have the right to fix the
remuneration of Managing Trustee of the Trustees for any services rendered by them to the
Trust.
8. MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
(a) The Board of Trustees shall endeavor to meet at least one in three months for discussing
the affairs and business of the Trust.
(b) Tow thirds of the total number of Trustees shall form a quorum for a meeting of the
Board of trustees.
(c) At meeting of Board of Trustees, the decisions will be by simple majority and incase of
equality of votes: the Chairperson shall have the casting vote.
(d) It shall not be compulsory for the Trustee to meet together for taking any decision(s) in
reagard to the affairs or the business of the Trust. It shall be open to the Trustees to
circulate any resolution and on acceptance by a simple majority of the Trustees such
resolution shall be deemed to have been duly passed by the Board of Trustees.
9. POWERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The management of all the affairs and the business of Trust shall be vested in the Board of
Trustees. The Managing Trustee or any other Trustee/Trustees nominated by the Board shall
duly carry out all the decisions made by the Board of trustees. However the day-to-day
business and Managing the affairs of the Trust shall be transucted by the Managing Trustee
or any other Trustee/Trustees nominated by the Board in accordance with the objects of the
trust and the policies set out by the Board of Trustees from time to time. The Board of
Trustees shall have the power to do everything necessary to implement the objects of the
Trust and will have the incidental powers to effectively administer the affairs of the Trust.
The income of the Trust shall be solely devote to meet and implement the objects of the Trust.
The Rules and Regulations shall not be against the objects of the Trust.
10. FIANANCE
The Board of Trustee shall have the discretion and power to do the following :
(a) To collect and raise funds through subscriptions, donations, grants, loans, either secured
or unsecured to attain the objects of the Trust.
(b) To open and operate accounts of any description with any Bank or Banks in the name of
the trust.
(c) To invest its funds from time to time in any movable of immovable property, to lend
money for any purpose of the Trust and to take and hold any properties as security for
such loan.
(d) To help, aid and assist other similar institutions or enter into or carry out any arrangement
for working with other institutions.
(e) To sell, convey, mortgage, pledge, lease as leasor and otherwise dispose of all or any part
of its property and assets, consistent with its being a public charitable trust.
(f) To purchase, take, receive, lease, take a gift, dividend or bequest or otherwise acquire and
to hold, use and otherwise deal in and with any real or personal property or any interest
therein situated in any state, consistent with its being a public charitable Trust.
(g) To purchase, take, receive, subscribe for or otherwise acquire own, hold any investments
and dispose of such interest of obligations consistent with its being a public charitable
Trust.
(h) To grant scholarships, concessions, financial and material aid and other facilities to
deserving people.
(i) To institute, conduct, defend, intervene in or compromise legal proceedings by and
against the Trust and also make amendments to such Rules and Regulations framed by
them.
(j) To make necessary Rules and Regulations for the management of affairs of the Trust and
also make amendments to such Rules and Regulations framed by them.
(k) To appoint committees or sub-committees for looking after the affairs and business of the
Trust.
(l) To delegate authority to any person or persons in connection with the management of the
business of the Trust.
(m) Generally to do all such other acts, matter and things as maybe, necessary incidental or
conductive to the attainment of the above objectives.
11. INVESTMENT OF TRUST FUNDS
The Trust funds shall be invested in such investments as prescribed by the income Tax
Act for the investment of Trust funds.
12. OPERATION OF ACCOUNTS

The Board of Trustees shall have the right to open bank account/accounts in the name of the
Trust with any one or more of the scheduled commercial banks in India. The President and
Secretary Managing Trustee shall operate such bank account/accounts of the Trust.
13. THE PROPERTY OF THE TRUST
All the properties of the Trust, whether movable or immovable shall be vested in the Board of
Trustee.
The Trustees shall not be in anyway responsible or liable for any loss resulting to the Trust by
reason of any one or more of the acts of the Trustees in relation to the properties of the Trust
while dealing with them in good faith and in the manner authorized herein.
14. CUSTODY OF DOCUMENTS
The Managing Trustee, or any other member of the Board of Trustees nominated by the
Board shall have the custody of the documents and Deeds of title relating to the Trust and its
properties and shall be responsible for the preservation of such documents and deeds.
The Trustees shall record the proceedings and the resolutions passed in the meeting.
15. APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS
The Board of Trustees shall have the right to appointer/Auditor/Auditors to audit the accounts
of the Trust and fix their remuneration. The Board of Trustees shall appoint its auditor by a
resolution. The of auditor shall be one year, but auditor is eligible for reappointment.
16. FIANCIAL YEAR
The financial year of the trust shall be from 1st day of April to 31st days of March in the
following year.
17. AMMENDMENTS OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Board of Trustees shall have the power to alter and amend the Rule and Regulations
made under clause IX (I) above and make new rules and regulations with regard to the
conduct of the affairs of the Trust as and when necessary, subject to the prior approval of the
Director of the Trust as and when necessary, subject to the prior approval of the Director of
Income Tax (Exemptions).
18. ACTIVITIES
The activities of the Trust shall be carried all over India.
19. DISSOLUTION
In the event of dissolution/winding up of the Trust, the assets/net amount of the Trust shall be
vested with/transferred to some other Trust or Trusts having similar objects.
20. ACTS OF THE TRUST
All acts and proceedings of the Trust shall be taken as conducted in the name of the Trust.
21. INDEMNITY OF THE TRUSTEES
The Trustees shall not be personally liable in respect of the business or affairs of the Trust.
22. DISPOSAL OF TRUST PROPERTIES
Alienation and sell of movable and immovable property will be done by the Trust subject to
applicable rules and regulations. Two/third majority of Board Trustees of sell.
23. ASSET OF THE TRUST ON DATE
The asset of the Trust at present is Rs. 50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only). At present is
no immovable property in this Trust.
