4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Inhalation

In the event of dizziness or nausea, remove casualty to

fresh air. If symptoms persist, obtain medical
attention.

Ingestion

If contamination of the mouth occurs, wash out

thoroughly with water.
Except as a deliberate act, the ingestion of large
amounts of product is unlikely. If it should occur, do
not induce vomiting; obtain medical advice.

Skin

Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Do not use

organic solvents. Remove heavily contaminated clothing
and wash underlying skin.

Eye

Wash eye thoroughly with copious quantities of water,

ensuring eyelids are held open. Obtain medical advice

protective clothing to minimise exposure. Do not
discharge into the drains/surface waters/groundwater.
Contain spillage by damming and cover with inert, non
combustible absorbent material. Use clean tools to
collect the material and place into suitable labelled
containers ready for disposal. If large quantities of
this material enter the waterways contact the
Environmental Protection Authority, or your local Waste
Management Authority.
