Dear Mr. Heimlich:

Please be advised that Marshall University is in receipt of the above-referenced
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests wherein you made the following requests.

Request Dated February 23,2015

"[A]ny and all related employment records, including but not limited to
applications, disclosures, licensure records, and correspondence including emails."
Please be advised that most of the information you have requested is exempt from
disclosure pursuant to W. Va. Code 29B-1-4(2) being "[i]nformation of a personal nature
such as that kept in a personal, medical or similar file." Please be further advised that
Marshall University has located four pages of documents relevant to this request that may
be disclosed. Therefore, based upon the Marshall University Administrative Procedure,
Fees for Freedom of Information Act Requests, it is estimated that the cost of providing
the same will be $117.00. I have provided you with a copy of the policy for your reference.
