RMAs as well as refunds.

Managed all Accounts Receivables for 10 years. Designed a system of collections. When I started with Accounts
Receivable in 2002 there was no real way of handling collections, but with business growth scaling substantially a
system had to be put in place.

Shipping / Receiving. Have 10 years experience using UPS Worldship; basic knowledge with Fed Ex, DHL, and local
couriers.

Assistant to the Vice President for seven years.

Have 10 years experience answering 5 line phone system. Inbound and outbound; national and international.

Order entry using Peachtree Accounting (last used in 2006) as well as Syspro ERP (last used in 2011) and 6 months
experience using Quickbooks; experience with ACT!, Syspro CRM, and QXpress.

Handled bank deposits, including taking the deposit to the bank.

Managed all inventory. Created a bin locations/barcode system for Inventory and Raw Material.

Scanning / Archiving. In my 10 years at NDL we went from a small $500,000k a year company to a 1.5 million dollar
annual company. In 2002 we decided to move forward with digital archiving. Along with all current documents, all
past documents were scanned, saved on the server and attached to Syspro. This was a 2 year process.

Opened and closed the lobby every day. Maintained reception / shipping area as well as the section of the shop
where the tools were prepped and pressed. Made sure shipping area, office and shop were stocked.

Five years experience working with a skin-packaging machine.
