Hypothetical: Preventing Elder Abuse
According to the Australian Governments premier source of information for Australians over 50 Seniors.gov.au elder
abuse and neglect receives less attention than child abuse and older people are entitled to be treated as individuals
with a right to privacy, protection, companionship, self-fulfilment, safety, warmth and care, just as much as anybody
else.
This illustrative hypothetical involving high profile Australians in unique industry sectors and professions - will explore
just these issues.
