than typical conditions due to age of building. Unable to verify any missing floor beams. Non-actionable.
03-04-15 Received call from tenant Marco who indicated he observed work being done to the building.
Inspected basement of building and observed trash and construction debris in one corner of the basement
and underneath the crawlspace. Tenant did not allow inspection of his unit. Will contact property owner to
remove trash and construction debris.
