Planning and organizing the project and transition activity, project calculation,
P&L skill, offers for customers, internal support.
Collaborating to develop technical documentation. Design projects, estimates and
offers, bid documentation and negotiating with the clients.
Collaborating to develop projects, internal and external communication materials.
Have basic knowledge of Primavera 6.
Main duties within the winter service project:
Preparing contracts and addenda for suppliers;
Design audit forms for each client and training the providers how to fulfill the
forms;
Monitoring operational performance of the team coordinated by appropriate
performance indicators (KPI) and monthly meetings;
Make and check timesheets, activity reports (turnover, materials cost,
manpower costs), consumptions and stocks;
I track project cost using the procurement, accounting departments support
and Microsoft Project.
Main duties within the auditing and improvements of the Quality, Environmental
and Health and Safety Management Systems, on the national areas:
Monitoring the management systems according to the SR EN ISO 9001:2008,
14001:2005, 50001:2011 standards requirements and the SR OHSAS 18001:2008
specifications. Elaborate systems documentation (procedures, forms).
Planning the internal and external audits. Auditing Quality, Environmental,
Health and Safety Management System. Assist the external auditing ASRO team.
Identify the local environmental and health and safety legislation application,
identify implementation way (what we need to do for a complete compliance with
a minimum costs)
Main duties within the environmental responsibility:
Preparing monthly and yearly reports according to romanian law 211/2011 for
the client with national coverage.
Making waste audit for the client and analyzing the situation together. Offer the
best solution and implemented the waste management services.
Database maintenance for eMonitoring and SIM@ISS program.

Offering support for the ongoing projects within the company according to the approved
project planning. Collaborating to develop projects, internal and external communication
materials.
Monitoring the management systems according to the 9001, 14001, 16001 standards
requirements and the 18001 specifications (16001 standard implemented in 2010).
Management of the systems documentation. Purchasing the applicable ISO standards and
replacing the outdated editions. Participating in meetings of analysis and evaluation of
company activity. Preparing reports and analyses. Ensuring an effective and efficient
communication between project team members; Providing support activities carried out
within projects.
Database maintenance for eMonitoring program. User and administrator for SIM@ISS
program.
Main duties within the SIM@ISS project:
I manage the database maintenance in SIM@ISS program (create new clients);
Made calculations/estimations for each location where the program was to be implemented
in SIM@ISS program;
Made training with presentations and materials for onsite operators following the action
plan;
Made internal audit for continuous improvement and management analyse;
Keep update the Key Performance Indicator Audits by centralizing the Quality measurement
form.
I track project cost using the P&L forms and Microsoft Project.
Achievements: I have implemented this project successfully in Romania to our clients in all
locations (locations greater than 3000 square meters) around the country.
