What is to be done

Begin with the accompanying ELS power point. Use the given tasks to
subsequently de brief the students on the session objectives so that the
students self realize the true importance of being an effective leader.
Carry on with the ppt. Rules/discipline to be followed in the class can be
announced before closing the session.

After giving them 5 minutes to jot down their points, choose the first
participant to write down a difference on the board/flipchart.
After he/she writes then ask him/her to choose the next person. (Please
choose one per group if conducting as a group activity so that each team
gets a chance).
Subsequently click on the mouse and show the differences on the image.
Rules
Tell the individuals/groups that the purpose of this exercise is to get as many
differences as possible on the board/flipchart as possible.
