Definition Of Similar Works: By similar works, it means experience of supply and

erection of online equipments for LPG Plants/ ST Plants. Performance of the
executed order should be satisfactory.
Parties who have carried such works under subletting contracts shall not be
considered.

Verification of Original Documents: Tenderers may please bring their original

documents for verification on 23.03.2015 from 10 AM to 5 PM. No separate
communication will be sent to tenderers for verification of original document.

Exemption for payment of EMD & Tender Fee: Central/State PSUs/NSICs/JVs of IOC
are considered for exemption of EMD & Tender Fee as per guidelines issued from
time to time.
